Never in history has there been a trial where we all witnessed the crime. It’s going to be interesting. Everyone should watch. Show your children.

These Democrats just love to make up their own laws and rewrite the Constitution as they go along just as they did with the election in a number of states. As a family member of a Constitutional scholar and professor of Law, I can tell you right now they have no case against Trump. He is a private citizens now. You can not impeach a private citizen. Impeachment is ONLY for ‘sitting presidents’, vice presidents or other civil officers of government.
The whole Idea of Impeachment is to remove a ‘public official’ from office. These Democrats are just wasting more tax payer money because of their hate for the man, plus they fear his return. Trump isn’t the problem, these swamp creatures are the problem.

What Is the Maximum Possible Punishment for Article 94: Mutiny and Sedition?
Article 94 is a grievous military offense that carries with it a penalty of death even during times of peace. Unlike many other punitive articles of the UCMJ, Article 94 – if referred capital – could convey a death sentence regardless of the criminal acts committed. In other words, you could be sentenced to death as a leader of a seditious movement, or simply by failing to quickly stop a mutiny that you had nothing to do with.
I expect Congress to move forward with conviction on Trump for the lies and incitement of the riot to our democracy.
