    1. na, they don’t test, so 2 weeks it sees their family & about 4-6 weeks later, once they’re all infected some of them start to reach the point of realising they’re dying

    2. In the very early days of covid-19 in the United States, a choir group in WA caught the disease from one of it’s members, with awful results. The story was widely published. But this particular choir is apparently protected by God, or so they may believe.
So we’ll see. If they’re wrong, these images will be all over the news.

  1. Apparently, Melania chose Pence. Why? Because Pence wouldn’t be a threat to Trump’s presidency. America, we, in NZ, still have our own problems. This is FAR from over.

    1. 22 people have died of Covid-19 in N.Z. Bars, clubs, cinemas shops & c. are all open, within their border life is as normal as it can be in a world where the pandemic is still advancing

    2. @Jim Battersbee Well if you guys & the Melbournians across the ditch can figure out how to get the quarantine functioning properly (did you hear the genomes of the Melbourne outbreak show it’s newly imported virus that entered the country in May/June via their security guards screwing up at the quarantine hotels) then we maybe should be importing a select handful of Americans, like you’ve already done for Avatar to get it’s production back up & running, would be good for both our country’s economies if we snag all of Hollywood’s intended productions for the next couple of years to make in our covid-free lands 🙂

btw have you heard any more on the TransTasmin bubble? Obviously Victoria’s being a bit of a drama with that, but most of Australia outside Vic seems to be moving the right way now, so wondering if you’re going to be moving towards opening it, just with a Vic ban like the rest of us, or if you’re waiting till we actually get the dam thing eradicated for the third time.
If I was you, from a health perspective I’d keep the borders shut! but economically, I can see the reasons for opening, at least to certain states or areas, such as SA, NT, Tassy & Far North Qld. WA too except that I’m pretty sure they’ve decided they can’t let anyone in or out without it being unconstitutional, so I think they’re a no-go for all of us.

Fiji’s DESPERATE for us to get it sorted so they can join it too! They’re trying to do their own, but I know Oz isn’t willing until the ANZAC one’s up & running to test the system

    3. @NoneOfYour Beeswax
Now comes the hard part, keeping it out. With the best will in the world I suspect we’ll struggle.

    4. @Lilac Lizard
I hadn’t heard about the genome, I shouldn’t have stopped listening to Twiv the last few weeks.
On a side note, I enjoyed the lockdown, we were lucky as the weather was excellent, people were out walking, whole families, lots of kids on bikes, quiet, the air was clean, little traffic. It was like 1950’s small town NZ come back to life. (Lots of fences got painted)
      I recommend it.
      Cheers

  2. This should give you a pretty good idea how the pseudo-religious criminal Mike Pence feels about human beings.

    1. Maybe you should take a look at all the maga trash in hospitals now. Getting all sloppy drunk ,all over each other memorial day weekend and since then. The protesters are outside wearing masks you morons are inside, no masks, all using public bathrooms. Have fun at your maga rally and dont forget to sign the release form.

    2. Yeah, but its the USA, it’s a very sick dysfunctional country. Don’t make the mistake of thinking America is anything like normal. It’s not.

    3. Why are no protestors asking for Trump to be Removed from office, forced to resign, impeached –

      Immediately

Below Information on USA Deaths from CDC site on 6/29:
      https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/COVID19/index.htm

      For
      Week Ending
      6/20/2020

      906
      COVID-19

      2,232
      Additionally
Deaths involving pneumonia, influenza or COVID-19

For summertime, it would certainly seem likely that most pneumonia deaths are COVID-19,
since flu season is over in USA

      Making COVID-19 deaths for
      1 week
      over 3,000 for USA

Are deaths really down or is reporting just odd when Pneumonia and Influenza is still supposedly killing people in the Thousands in Summer

    1. This also reminds me of a joke:
What’s the different between t’rump and a flying pig?
      The “F.”
I’ll show myself the door now….

  3. Daughter: “Daddy, why isn’t that man on tv wearing a mask?”
Me: “Sweet pea, that’s the vice president, and he thinks a magical man will keep him safe.”
Daughter: “That sounds dumb. He should wear a mask.”
Me: **sheds tear** “Ok, you can have some more blueberries!” 😆🍇

    1. Common sense is such a beautiful thing… 😌 Especially when there’s such a lack of it these days. 🙄 Your daughter gives me hope for humanity. 🤞🏻

    2. Puff’n Snorts She also likes to interview the dog as if she’s a member of Paw Patrol. It’s pretty cute. 🐶 😘

  4. The most inept, irresponsible, reckless, immoral, and corrupt administration in American history. Hands down….

    1. @David Gray “Natural” herd immunity would mean that 70-90% of people would need to get infected and it’s about 20%, I think, have been infected so far. Along the way, thousands more would die.

    1. So many of them were so old as well. Like Jesus, they’re actually risking their lives just to sing to the supreme leader. That’s how brainwashed these people are.

    2. @Football Nerd I think you are confusing Jesus with David and/or you haven’t read the Bible.

    1. Andy
Because they are getting checked every single day….
while normal people are in mile long lines just hopping for a test……
trump will destroy most of his supporters just because he can……..

    2. @Jan truitt Testing is just telling you that you have the infection or not. Testing is not a cure, so my question stands. Specially with the flaunting of every rule in the epidemiological book…. Somebody with horn and tail is protecting them… LOL

  5. This “event” has helped me to decide to leave my home state of Texas after over 60 years. The people are mostly absolute morons.

    1. FOX i.e. TRUMP NEWS REGISTERED as ENTERTAINMENT NOT JOURNALIST BASED so they can LIE WITHOUT being SUED FOR FRAUD

  6. Lambs, joyfully offering to the chosen one. how will they feel when the
lies, whining, recriminations, self-congratulations go away into shame.

  7. I’m sure they have Gods protection. Or I would call it “Magic.” I have not one ounce of sympathy for any of the attendees of that church except if they brought their kids with them. And that should be classified as child endangerment…

    1. kids are as naturally immune as it gets. Since you’re clearly aiming for herd immunity, the best thing to do to save as many parents lives as possible is to infect as many kids as possible as fast as possible

  8. As stoopid as they get.

Not to mention, some very un-Christian behaviour. Jeez! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♂️

    1. Why is everyone so upset about Republican Evangelicals during Covid 19 committing suicide? Won’t God protect them? Let them be Gods Petrie dish.

    2. Sorry lefties, but if you supporedt the BLM riots, which most on the left does, you have absolutely no right to complain about campaign rallies.

    3. @Steve Hanson At one level, you’re right. And I suspect the rise in Covid cases among younger people is a result of those gatherings. On the other hand, it is hard to fault people for protesting in anger when something pushes them past the brink, and easy to fault a planned promotional gathering that could have easily been deferred until at least a few weeks from now.

    4. Steve Hanson sorry rightie, but indoor vs outdoor, masks wearing versus no masks. Educate yourself or risk being called ignorant.

    1. they think they are going to heaven and don’t care if the planet burns down because god will come and save his true believers

    2. keith thunders although I’m a non believer myself I can guarantee there will be zero MAGA hats in heaven.

    3. @keith thunders I would say that should probably read – “they think they are going to heaven and don’t care if the planet burns down because Trump will come and save his true believers”

  9. So, because the internet has been laughing at Pence’s, “lack of faith,” in his own, “Faith In America Tour,” THIS is his response? These idiots are killing the country . . . SMH

    1. It’s ok, it’s a cloth mask with an ill-fitting nose area, so wearing that is far worse than wearing no mask, the air flows in through the gaps around the nose & then gets trapped in the cloth in front of his face to increase his infection risk.
I just hope bunnies don’t get this virus. His family’s bunny is cute
