Very sad for the lives lost and I’d add the ones we have yet to see because this explosion hit a food production plant. With all of the food disruptions that Russians have caused I find it very strange that it randomly fell out of the sky behind the border facing away from the direction of the war front…..perhaps someone else can see this as logical but I can’t.

@Andrew Wright The coordinates for Kyiv and Lviv match the coordinates for the missile explosion in Poland. the latitude for Kyiv and the longitude for Lviv match the farm area in Poland. Plus the Ukrainian s300 is supposed to self destruct, they were not reengineered like the Russian ones to be used against ground targets.

The issue whether or not this is Ukraine’s defense missle, had it not because of Russia,raining down on Ukraine with its missile attacks, Russia does not take responsibility for its crime whether reckless or intentional.
What an excellent press briefing by the Secretary and Joint Chief! Both so articulate. Milley in particular. I’m not a natural fan of Milley, but he was super strong today.

I find these very interesting and very proud of my country, despite the critics.
Also I’m very proud of all the NATO allies and their hard work and unity.

Both Austin and Milley are impressive, and Milley, especially, has a refreshingly simple and direct way of communicating. One quickly knows exactly what he is saying, and it’s quite credible.

It is a possibility it was a Ukrainian missile, however probability of it being a Russian missile is greater. The co-ordinates of the strike are located at a point that equals the longitude of Kyiv and latitude of Liviv. Ukrainians has ground to air missiles that self destruct in the air if they don’t hit their targets. So a weapon in Ukrainian would have to A miss it’s target and then B fail to self destruct and the C land in an area with extremely suspicious co-ordinates. As opposed to Russia who would just have to mistakenly type in the longitude of Kyiv and the latitude of Lyiv on one of there ground to ground missiles… so although probable it’s a slap in the face to statistical probability
