  1. the chauvin conviction was an important piece in the call for federal use of force legislation. watch this space

    1. What a shame. Those drugs he took, that pregnant lady he assaulted, all the crimes he committed. REAL SHAME

    2. @Jasmany Foch Chauvin’s multiple excessive force complaints led to him murdering Floyd, sweetheart. You’ll have to visit your lover/daddy is prison.

    1. So you’re a narcissistic racist too….. Congrats on throwing away a basic level of humanitarian principles.

    1. Yeah … for the hurdle crossed… and for the future. it’s an appropriate human emotion as recovery is accessed following trauma. Get an education.

  3. Many thanks to Max and Uncle Joey for ensuring that the conviction will be overturned on appeal. Nice 👍

    1. The case will be appealed because all convictions in all murder cases are appealed. But knock off the political crap. There are NO grounds for a valid or successful appeal… And anyone, including people holding office have a right to voice opinions on this case. So, shut up with the ignorant and self-serving politicization. Keep your destructive and negative comments out of this.

  4. It’s a long journey and it’s important to stop and celebrate your personal victory as a family It’s a victory for all who suffered brutal trauma at the hands of the police . America shouldn’t be too careful to think that police abuse and brutality is a predominantly black religion. It’s an American failure and it’s our responsibility to reflect and reform the over policing and helicopter attacks against blacks and minorities in this country, it is unequivocally biased and unjust and need to change across all spectrum.

  5. So the black leaders don’t want police in their black communities. That’s fine. But the others do want the police in their neighborhoods.
So if you don’t want the police in your neighborhood. Stay out of those that do want the police in their neighborhoods

    1. You don’t get it do you? We don’t want bad police in the community. We don’t want a pass or immunity from persecution if it’s warranted, but equal treatment and justice under the law. Please. Stop misconstruing the message!

  6. Sergeant Robert Justin alford green at nellis AFB where is my daughter Jahmela and her 4 children and what have you done to them .

  7. The last section of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment Guarantees Equal Protection under the law. If Qualified Immunity DENY’S a person their right to file charges against a Police Officer, Equal Protection would mean that it would apply to every person in this Country even if they’re NOT a Police Officer.
