Photojournalist Lynsey Addario on Afghans in Kabul: “Time is Running Out”

The Taliban claims it will rule as a more moderate regime, but there are already reports of abuse against women, and two female journalists say they were pulled off air and barred from the office. Award-winning photojournalist and author Lynsey Addario spent years covering the war in Afghanistan. She first traveled to the country to document the lives of women living under the Taliban. “They are clearly on a massive PR campaign,” she says of the Taliban, but “we have to be very careful about trusting them.” She says it’s Afghans who are being “trampled outside the airport,” “desperate to leave.” They understand the Taliban’s ”patience could run out any second.”» Subscribe to MSNBC:

    1. The U.S. trained and gave Afghan soldiers billions is weapon, but what do that do? Turn and run while leave their woman.

    1. Pray for Americans as the taliban are sending taliban uncensored to America as Americans are censored be silent by the Marxist elites on the left

  1. Yes the questionable loyalties of the quisling, shepherd of the masterful Satanic grooming. Grading on the curve, no swagger, no swerve, cloak and dagger bush league bagger

  2. “If you ain’t clinging to the wings of a C-17 and throwing your babies over a barbed-wire fences you ain’t Afghan” – Joe Biden

  3. Osama Bin Laden once wrote in a declassified document.. “Obama is the head of infidelity and killing him automatically will make Biden take over the presidency… Biden is totally unprepared for that post, which will lead the U.S. into a crisis.”

    1. Really? If it’s classified, how did you get hold of it? Maybe you’re just a Republican doing what Republicans do best- lying to throw shade on the Democrats.
Oh, it’s declassified? Well, then why don’t you produce it so we can judge for ourselves if it’s real?

    2. @Mark Gibson nope. I’m not allowed. Just look it up. Taliban can be on Twitter but the former President half the nation voted for can’t. And I’m not allowed to prove my point.

  4. Perhaps we should consider that a test for liberal cognitive dissonance should be mandatory.. just maybe..

  5. “The White House’s readout of a call between Joe Biden and Emmanuel Macron on the crisis in Afghanistan leaves out an impassioned plea from the French president that the US and its allies have a “moral responsibility” to evacuate Afghan allies.

The French government’s readout of the conversation was released on Friday, a day after the call took place, and indicates that Macron emphasised ensuring the safe evacuation of Afghan citizens who assisted American and European troops over the past 20 years at great risk to themselves and their families.

According to the readout, Macron described the mission to evacuate allies as a “moral responsibility” and told Biden: “We cannot abandon them.”

The Élysée said Macron “underlined the absolute need to ensure rapid and concrete coordination among allies on the ground to continue the evacuations”.

The White House version, however, made no mention of a “moral responsibility” to evacuate Afghan allies.” – The Guardian

  6. Hilarious ! “Mostly Peaceful” beheadings & Rapes by the Taliban. Thank You Dementia Joe !
    Oh & Don’t forget to … VOTE DEMOCRAT ! LOL !

  7. When did we begin allowing Terrorist “Nations” to invade, occupy, and conquer entire countries of allies? Is Afghanistan of no benefit to the U.S.???
