A plane being towed across the tarmac at LaGuardia Airport in New York crushed and flattened a tractor that was preparing the plane for departure. The driver was reportedly unharmed.

Wtf… how did that happen? You gotta understand that the pilots can’t see him; he was in a bind spot!
Of course, but isn’t it someone’s job to clear the runway, and tell pilot the runway is clear before take off? I mean I’ve heard it tons of times.
