I can also attest to this. I had a similar experience however it was the ochi rios toll that I was on. They said I can’t turn back and needed a supervisor etc…
They need to train the toll staff in what to do when incase there is a emergency, I bet no training was given to the staff , they just start work to collect money and that’s it nothing else.
I’m beginning to hate Jamaica. God help me
