No chance of rehabilitation for this guy. Serious repeat offender is total risk to be allowed to be roaming in public. Who let him out or paroled? There should be changes made in this department.

Nice to see that Canada’s justice and parole system are working so well! Perhaps if the members of the parole board become targets themselves from repeat offenders, things might change! Let get the names and information of those involved in the parole process!

And yet he’s on the streets and now an officer is dead….most times these guys are not willing to change but for whatever reason they are coddled and allowed to continue…..shame on you judges ….there is such a lack of accountability….the judges should scrutinized severely and penalized for letting criminals continue with law abiding citizens
