Who can run Jamaica?
There are Fundamental and structural changes needed. Law enforcement in Jamaica requires a comprehensive upgrade. Law enforcement needs higher salary, better equipment and lastly, Jamaica needs a first world Crime lab. Why can’t they build a secure building,with a crime lab for DNA testing along with a high tech ballistic testing facility? They also need better surveillance and electronic tracking systems. Jamaica law enforcement is pretty much stuck in the 60’s/70’s. The PNP is no better. Lastly enough with Garrisons, people in those areas need jobs.
So why u pnp leader knows the solution and don’t help are u not in the Country too wicked, u all creating the problem to get power
