I can’t see how an electrical fire could cause dismantled bombs to go off like this.
Electrical shorts can cause significant explosions and fires.
A dismantled mortar bomb is basically the interns of a mortar piled up in boxes it’s like literal gunpowder and it takes a short flick of fire to gunpowder up
