Twelve U.S. service members were killed Thursday at the Kabul airport after a bombing and gun attack from the terrorist organization ISIS-K, the Pentagon said at a news conference Thursday afternoon.

A “number of U.S. service members were killed” in Thursday’s attack at the Kabul airport, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby confirmed.
“A number of others are being treated for wounds,” Kirby said. “We also know that a number of Afghans fell victim to this heinous attack.”
The exact number killed, or their branch of service, had not been confirmed by the Pentagon. Prior to Thursday, the last U.S. military combat death in Afghanistan occurred in February 2020.

He’s not going to make a plan till he gets everyone out because if he attacks now all our allies and troops who are at the airport now will began to get heavy fire from all around them. So he’s trying to take everyone out for there safety
