  1. Why isn’t Bill Barr being disbarred? The American Bar Association in as non political as it gets. No political pressure can be exerted upon them. What’s stopping them of stripping him of his licence to practice law?

    1. @Randy Smith A distinction with out a difference. Yes…i agree, AGAIN. For a term of 5 years. He did, however, become eligible to re-apply to have his law license reinstated, but he declined to do-so.

  2. With the sentence she handed down, it makes it hard for trump to pardon using the excuse of it being too harsh.
he’ll do it anyways but he’ll have to make another excuse as to why.

    1. Hasn’t anyone noticed that Trump has a tendency to forget about his cronies as soon as they are in jail, except for Epstein?

    2. @Dee Pattison Only Michael Cohen, for now. He’s doing his damnedest to get Manafort out of jail but dammit, there is an actual legal process to it all! Whoops! He sort of forgot that part with Sheriff pink undies!

  3. Yeah, I’m glad too Rachel. I’m one of the guys who has been saying “So what?” online for a week. Of course you know just how fast, and how likely, this little burst of integrity can turn into another “So what?” The rare showings of integrity are still important, but they won’t survive another Trump term. Or won’t matter. Better hope integrity becomes contagious enough to offset cowardly corruption.

    1. Steve Folkes …integrity becomes contagious…where is the cavalry; the knights in shining armour; our Greta? Instead we have the sorcerer’s apprentice & the water keeps getting deeper.

    2. @lima leaf frog In spite of myself – my cynicism above – when I step back enough from emotions, I know there are enough people with enough integrity to eventually prevail. It’s a question – a very big one – how bad it has to get first.

    3. @N S DIng! You win the Internet tonight. It’s a basic fact, but cult worship appeals to the amygdyla, proven by Goebbels speech at the Warpalast in 1943
The cost to the German citizenry converted to Nationalism was astounding, they were being bombed by hundreds of bombers from the RAF

  4. Berman Jackson as I predicted would give Stone 3-3.5 yrs, no more. This is the woman who sent Stone off with a gag order for posting a photo of her with crosshairs on her head. The same judge who gave Manefort 3+yrs after all the hype she was going to throw the whole encyclopedia at him. I wonder what the sentence would have been if it was an ordinary black, Hispanic or Asian guy?

    1. Your so out of the loop you think anybody sees this as badass when republicans know trump can just pardon him so it makes no sense to say barr did this because of a tweet.

    2. trump is basically scuttling the laws we adhere to to ensure law and order and fairness. And if it doesn’t benefit him he will do away with it.

    3. You’re all out of your minds.
When us BOOMERS are gone, you will get the government you desire,
      Until then enjoy your FREEDOM!!

    1. @sirmartinfrobisher
      You are right. I remember.
Too many of us are not exercising discernment before we give a thumbs-up to these ambiguous comments. They are intentionally so.
I’m sure that some people agree without knowing that they were being tricked into doing so.
Lacking simple critical thinking skill is one of the main reasons we ended up with Trump.
If my suspicions are correct, I don’t think Crowley will respond to my request for clarification.

    2. @Annie For the time being Crabb just is jumping through hoops whilst pretending to be nonchalantly striding along

    3. Even of he does he can look at his family, his community, his country and above all himself in the mirror and say, ‘Righteousness Oh Lord, Thank You’πŸ‘πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ‘

  5. This is a life time appointed judge who has to kowtow to know one. Not sure why she didn’t throw the book at Stone. If Barr is not disbarred by June then I believe the Bar Association should close its doors and make it a taco stand.

    1. “Roger Stone treatment” in 2021 means FBI SWAT teams of thirty with guns drawn and with tanks, huey helicopters, , gun boats kicking in the doors of the traitors and overthrowers, the communist propagandists like Radical Moscow. She knew Mueller FISA Steele was pure fiction. False witness nightly libel/ malice. The intentional commission of a wrongful act, absent justification, with the intent to cause harm to others; conscious violation of the law that injures another individual; a mental state indicating a disposition in disregard of social duty and a tendency toward malfeasance. Mad cow.

    1. Ever since Trump became king of banana republic of America, lady justice is no longer blind, she has 20/20 for her friends and accomplices and 30/30 for her alleged political rivals

  6. This is the most offensive thing trump has done. I myself have done 8.5 years for 2.8gs and 3 pills. This guy gets 3 years for treasonous acts to the U.S constitution. Discusting

    1. Bill Barr himself is the most offensive thing to me. Trump’s power has increased dramatically since Barr came in.Β
I have not been able to keep up with this case as I ordinarily would have but there is some talk about one of the jurors being biased or something like that. I’ll have to look into it but if that’s the case, then Trump will use that to interfere more.
The Allies saved the German people from Hitler. We had to destroy their country to do it but we did deliver them. No one is going to come and save us. We’ll have to do it ourselves. We…our country…..is in a very bad way. We face the most serious crisis of our existence.

  7. It takes a little more effort on Trump’s behalf to totally corrupt the American justice system. But he will keep trying.

    1. Trump can’t stop running negative adds against himself, this will go into March and we haven’t got to Flynn. Why didn’t he pardon everyone a month ago, it would have been forgotten by his base and old new by now. His advisors or Barr are commuting t political malpractice if they are telling him a pardon is a political 3rd rail, anyone who watched the impeachment and the Senate and the polls knows that isn’t close to true.

    2. MVVpro
Rogers Stone was convicted under an unlawful investigation, and subpoenaed by an unlawful warrant.
The FBI &Dems, forged the Fisa Court Application documents to hold the Russian Collusion investigation.
17 ( lies, and false facts) in those documents, in the Inspector General of the Fisa Courts, Horowitz.s report.

  8. The home of the brave well where are you when needed most.we in the free world feel the boast about the most powerful country in our world now seems very untrue.you fear the GOP and old man we ask WHY.you talk and talk but do nothing to save this very old and loved country.don’t wait for a hero be the hero.

  9. There is nothing deep about trump… he is doing exacly what he acused “the deep state” of… but he is doing it out in the open !
Come on america, you can do better than this ! !

    1. @Bugsea he is the worst in your country and he is showing you all that is wrong deep down in your countrys soul… now you can see yourself, your country and your hypnose/brainwash more clearly and with open eyes… and now do the right thing 😁 please

    2. “Come on america, you can do better than this!!”

I’d like to agree with you wholeheartedly but evidence suggests that America, right now, maybe can’t.

    3. @morten larsen 1000%
This trump ‘administration’ didn’t just mysteriously…..happen…
      to the US.
His being in the WH, the entirely complicit and morally backrupt version of the gop currently in Congress are just two obvious symptoms.

It shouldn’t even have been a **possibility** that something like Trump could get in to the WH, or that a political party in America would have even accepted him as a candidate but…..well, he did and they did.

  10. It’s encouraging to know that there are still honest people around and that Trump hasn’t yet been able to get rid of all of them. There’s hope for humanity.

    1. I don’t know how much hope for humanity is warranted when you consider Trump’s approval ratings (90%+) by Republican voters. They exist in a different universe.

  11. It’s also the jurors who heard the case and found him guilty who were pushed aside too. Let’s not forget that they VOTE too.

  12. Barr was involved in the proceedings. He should be disbarred and indicted for the repeated cover-up. Judge Jackson yielded to the pressure. What a travesty! Flynn, called a “double traitor” by the judge, will be pardoned by the buffoon. These precedents will have heavy consequences on the judicial system.

    1. silvano novalis
Stone was convicted in an unlawful investigation. And an unlawful warrant was used to arrest him.
The FBI, defrauded the Fisa court with documents that contained 17 fake facts&lies to obtain the warrant to hold the Russian Collusion case and subpoena Stone.
