@Pat Lee there are racist individuals who are in the system and it is systemic racism too. The establishments/institutions themselves and the way they were put together is infected with racism com up privilidge, bias, etc. A lot of people don’t truly know history since many of the oppressors’ antics were left out of history books.
It’s not just individuals that are racist; I believe the way the system is designed is for the oppressor to be on top and arrange protocols and laws for his benefit, that he should remain at the top of the hierarchy of privilege and oppression.
I do agree that blacks have fallen for having faith in liberalism because they are deceived into believing the democratic side is pro black.
What people need to do is stand for what’s right and stand against what’s wrong: forget all the politics. I am interested in the candidate who most closely adheres to God’s righteous precepts.
Some black people don’t try as hard and some do. Just like some people other people don’t try as hard as they could.

Your guys limited brain capacity is showing your stupidity and ignorance lol. Defunding the police means shifting some money into social services. When we look at their resources, and how they’re deploying them violently and recklessly, it makes the case even stronger for reducing their budget, and then using those funds for social services, and specifically for things that New Yorkers would want the police to do but the police are not currently doing: harm reduction, community-based public safety. This might actually lead to less cold cases and more convictions of dangerous criminals than the harmless ones of color if we put our resources to good causes instead of just oppressing american people.
Yeah, cause cops magically keep crime away. Crime tends to go down during police strikes and so on.
Looters will love the defunding effort if it goes through. Homeowners and small curbside shops should get ready for higher property insurance.
