Protesters Calling on White House, Congress To Pass Immigration Reform | MSNBC
It’s been 100 and some odd days. I understand the frustration. I’m Mexican but I was born in the US. That doesn’t mean I’m not deeply passionate about these same issues. But it’s been a 100 and some odd days. What amount of progress can be reasonably expected?

True. Immigration has always been a challenge, no matter who has been in power. I believe that Biden and his team are doing the best they can, under the circumstances, and it’s going to take far more than 100 days to sort out all the discrepancies that have dogged the immigration issues.
The media isn’t helping, by sensationalising it. They need to back off and let the team do their work !?
How can you be born in the USA and be Mexican , doesn’t Mexico prohibit fuel citizenship ?
@Carlos Carlos I will say this, how can you be born in the US and be Chinese? Then try to throw out the whole “Mexican is not a race,” very simplistic, very pompous, very misguided, American way of understanding the complexities of the Latin American community. That’s all I’ll say. I’m done.
@Ascent first off I’m not American I’m Dominican , second I asked a legitimate question , how can someone be born in the USA and claim to be Mexican ? Last time I checked Mexico doesn’t allow duel citizenship . Have they changed that part of their constitution ?

I agree with the protesters. You should not have to follow the laws of the U.S.A to become a citizen. You should be able to do what you want, break Americas laws, ignore the people who already live there, and still have your illegal behaviour rewarded by the government.
