  1. WARNING:- FOR THE DURATION OF THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC.

“ALL AMERICANS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.”

  2. This may seem excessive at face value.
    “Homework? Really?”
But it was a condition for her probation.

    1. How do you call a person that drives a car into a group of people for political reasons?

      In Europe a terrorist!
      In America a trump supporter!

    2. Brian She’s a child! 15 years old. I don’t know the particulars of the example you cite but if they’re similar, the person you know was also mistreated. Jail won’t rehabilitate this child, nor will it benefit her in any way. In fact, it will do more harm than good. I understand the judge wants compliance with her order but find another way. Be creative! Bring her to a facility and have someone help her complete the assignments. This way she’s fulfilled her obligation and perhaps learned something as a result. Jail simply isn’t the answer.

    3. @Tom McGee
Just to be clear, I’m not comparing a posession of drug offense with a simple school fight/theft. Assuming that’s all that was. No serious injuries etc.
I was using it as an example for violating the terms of probation and what the end result can be.

And I agree, we need better alternatives/programs for situations like this. Simply locking people up for every offense is not the answer. It’s just a sad situation overall.

    4. @Tom McGee
And I believe he was locked up for making absolutely no effort to attend classes that he requested for help leading up to the GED exam. Not just because he simply failed the final exam.

I hope this young lady had a good reason for not being able to finish her online school work, for her sake. And even if she didn’t have a good excuse for anyone with common sense can understand. It’s still just a sad situation it came to this.

      Take care.

  3. Violation of probation? Got to do the time. But far less than Roger Stone…what a joke. Obvious imbalance.

    1. Did you say the same thing when Eric Holder did the same thing five times but wasn’t sentenced.

    2. @ihave35cents … Dude, get off the Holder crap. The current republicans, by far, are the worse liars and hypocrites, and corrupt and criminal party, in the history of the USA!

  4. Roger Stone is free to go after lying to congerss and more, while a 15 year old black girl is in detention for not making her homework once??? Really USA??Your justice system really needs recalibrating because the concistency of it is ridiculous!!!

    1. Refusal to do homework, even under the shadow of probation. “Good” choice! Should have done her homework REGARDLESS, if she’s capable, but she is a “rebel!” The dumb masses continue to disregard common courtesy rules and now that they are open about it, it will be quashed. More detention, more jail. Stop misbehaving on the micro level, so that you can even get a picture of the macro. Then you can argue intelligently instead of like the lady in this video. People, seriously, you’re all mentally handicapped from the left to the right, from the bottom to the top. Good luck with your Armageddon.

    2. @netzoned no other country would order anyone to do homework, secondly, no other country would put a young child in prison on such Minor issues, but she’s black so no one care that your rights are trampled on, good old racist USA

    3. @netzoned at what point did I say that only the republicans have the market cornered on stupidity?

  5. If she were a “little white princess” on probation for stealing and fighting, then not doing her homework she wouldn’t have been sent to juvie!

    1. I do a lot of Plumbing work at the Juvenile Detention Center yes there’s a lot of white people in there.

    2. @ihave35cents … It’s a fact that too many people cannot face reality. However, just because _you_ say that, does not make it fact. And, “a lot”, does not declare a percentage.

  6. The government as it is has declared war on poor people and all people of colour , I believe that the BLM demonstrations , are just a drop in the bucket of what is to come , politicians of both parties are to blame by their actions and their non actions ….. it is time for change !!!

  7. Any excuse to put our people behind bars, label them “unfit for society”, and forever ruin their lives. Any excuse they can come up with.

  8. Have you heard of “grades?” When I went to school I got a bad grade for not doing my homework. Accumulated bad grades would set me back a year. Times sure have changed. What’s next? Chopping off digits?

  9. THIS STINKS LIKE POLITICS. LET THAT CHILD GO AND ASK WHY HER HOMEWORK WAS NOT TURNED. MAYBE IT WAS NO INTERNET OR INTERNET DEVICE AVAILABLE OR A TRANSPORTATION ISSUE.
