So far prosecution still has the burden of proving malice and cause of death, which there is not medical consensus on cause of death, yet there is an agreed upon deadly dosage of fentanyl in Floyd’s system.
In the world of “proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt”, there is so much reasonable doubt in this case, that I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets discontinued.

Some people don’t understand jury duty or responsibility .That doc was NOT a pro on pain meds , just how the system works when you are breathing . He mostly likely explained a man dying from OD along with the pressure from the Officer’s knee . I don’t agree with how long Chauvin held him down , but again I wasn’t there , and he had been fighting with them all JUST prior to that whole scene !And to all the phone junkies who video’d it and didn’t render aide , THEY should all be charged as well!
