Baby shark….
fish with wings and feathers?
How do they taste? Is if better to cook them mid rare over a grill or boil them in hot water? Any tips would be nice thanks
It was rare when caught and so it’s now even more rare – job well done
I feel that with a bit more information I could be more impressed
Very similar to the Rat Fish, which is very common in BC
