American Pie – yes. You listed the two absentee ballot (mail ballot) frauds that I know of. Again, I said last eight years. The duplicate voting convictions were polling place convictions. You did know that, right?
American Pie : one other thing. Colorado has 3,300,000 registered voters. Assuming only 50% of those vote (though it is a higher than that), your 12 convictions (if I counted right) since 2002 is a damned low voter fraud incident. And going to mail ballot since 2012 did NOT increase the number of fraud convictions or claims.
But sure, you are right, there were more than I thought. By three. Out of 3 million voters. Good on you!

I have never been more excited to vote against a group of people. If they want to give me some Republican candidates that fight for equality, democracy, and at the same time for fiscal responsibility then I am all ears. Until then, I will vote against anyone who supports Trump.

If you are a registered voter in Colorado, you get a ballot. Of course, you have to keep your mailing address up to date.
the voters have to send the request back, so its proven, they still own this address and are alive. If you just send the vote material to every registered voter, many papers will be send to dead persons and new appartment inhabitants which could than vote in someone elses name.
