  1. most folks in jail come from poor backgrounds and are there on nonviolent drug offenses. they shouldnt be allowed to vote from jail but once their debt to society has been paid its pretty assinine to not let them vote. violent offenders meh no. i dont want to be at a polling station with rapists, pedophiles, or murders.
