  1. Iam so happy for the people who need this so desperately. Also this will help the economy a little.stay safe.😷✌

    1. It does not help anything, your children now will be in debt for the next 20 years. What will $1400 do. Open up the States. Stop mortgage in your children’s future

    2. @Art Turnas that’s why if you can invest the $1,400 because sooner but probably later your taxes will increase to pay for it. If we take the position you have, there will never be any spending done by the government for social programs. This includes farm bailouts, hurricane relief or any other spending. I personally wasn’t economically effected by COVID, just as I haven’t ever been in a hurricane and don’t own a farm; the spending is necessary for people effected by such issues.

    3. @Art Turnas
You should have told that to Trump.
His tax cuts for the wealthy set up back by 1.9 trillion.

  2. Why Republicans are talking about stimulus checks in their States while they voted against the bill in both chambers. I don’t get it

    1. Wake up to the Trillions over 84% of the bill NOT going to the people or even for COVID. Wow, we are going to get 1400 while we pay it back with our taxes for generations. Yippeee!!!

    2. @P C This is simply not true! America and American’s need this help right here and right now! Small businesses need to have the help or they will just fail. America needs a shot if the arm and this bill has done just that!

    3. @Dennis Cummins You got that right!, and for all those Trump fanatics they can send their $1400,00 stimulus checks back!

  3. The Republican senators voted no to helping the people that’s in need in their own States. That fact should be considered the next election.

    1. @phil spd Nope, no Section 5201 in H.R. 1 either. I tried to link it for you, but youtube isn’t allowing the link for some reason. Same website as the American Rescue Plan Act linked above.

  4. This was hard fight for the American people👏 Thanks Stacey working hard to get us two seats in Georgia 👍🏼

    1. Seats gotten with “hiccups” in the predominantly Republican polling areas that was taken care of. Again NOT validated election again! Abrams is a lying and corrupt person and needs to be out of our elections.

  5. Next few weeks the republicans will “spin” the covid bill that they were instrumental in getting it approved!!

    1. No they won’t. They’re saving this moment in history as fuel for 2022 campaign ads. I’m sure they will make it about “socialism”, “communism”, and “cannibalistic pedophiles”.

  6. Joe is a Good Man !! He is KEEPING His Promises !!! God Bless You Joe and ALL the Dems who voted for this recovery bill.. The DEMS Passed this, NOT the Senate Persey !! NOT ONE Republican Voted for this HELP, Remember that, when they ask for YOUR Vote !!

  7. Proud of President Biden and tbe Democrats. Thank you for helping struggling Americans. If there are any Republicans that don’t want or need their stimulus check I’m sure that the Biden administration can find othet important issues to spend it on. The GOP don’t feel that their constituents need any help so maybe just send that money back.

  8. i wonder what the poor peolple who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks would think about this. would they want the us cause this in their name? 800k killed, 300k being civilians who had nothing to do with this attack. in the aftermath, ask yourself, where would we be if Bush had not retaliated?

  9. Washington State Democrat you’re the best. Will be glad to get rid of the Republicans in our state.

  10. To whom it may concern: I LOVE the goodbye “thank you” ending for your YouTube audience. Thank you.

  11. Finally after all that hemming and hawing in the Trump administration stalling filibustering and just not caring about the suffering of our people

  12. Today 220 House Democrats Voted to pass President Biden’s American recovery act while 211 Republicans voted against the bill. Democrats have done their job’s Republicans not so much.

  13. In 2022 and 2024, Americans will remember which party helped them — and which party voted _against_ helping them.

    1. Unfortunately, there will always be republicans that vote against their own interests. Especially those whose news comes from questionable and fear mongering sources.

    2. @Kimberly Galanti Perhaps, but right now, the Republican party is the smallest that they’ve ever been. Only 25% of the total electorate.

  14. 45 said he loved the poorly educated because they voted for him. Seems the Republican party shares his view! Not ONE Republican voted to help the American people, but now they are taking credit for it in their districts? Figures.

  15. Rep. Smith, please prioritize the work of the Quiet Skies Caucus and your aircraft noise-impacted constituents! Please bring our plight to President Biden and Secretary Buttigieg. We need help!
