Its sad the small businesses and shops will suffer throughout this; however, it got to be done. Too many large businesses are taking advantage of their employees with these below standard pay because our government will not grow balls and mandate better for their citizens at large. So small businesses will have to figure it out themselves, or as you state, “get a clue” on what they need to do to make it work, or call it a day.
But we have trillions of dollars at the drop of a hat for the bloated military. Disgusting country.
