  1. My Grandmother, my Great Aunt and strangely enough my husband’s Mom passed away from this horrific cancer. I am a breast cancer survivor ( I have lost my older brother to Kidney cancer ). I am so so sorry to,all friends to the south to ha e lost such a wonderful, courageous man who did his the best for his fellow citizens. His loss will be greatly felt in the USA and Canada and the world.

    1. @Anthony, Doctors find cancer all the time. People even with the best medical care can only fight so long. Your callousness only proves you are an ignorant child by comparison to John Lewis.

  2. The man will be honored because he was a US Representative. You don’t need to ask or worry about what the president will do to honor him. We honor all our representatives and senators who have passed regardless of who at the time is President.

    1. @humanforotherhumans i have never voted in my life and i am 60 .this year i am voting for trump. the reason is all the lies , racism , violence , and whining i have seen from the democrats. sickening

    2. That’s the problem up there. They put their pants or bloomers on just like any other individual. They want to honor anyone, honor the men and women who serve and have died for this country, instead of some POS congress or senate person.

  3. Peaceful sleep John Lewis. Thank you for starting the race, you have run your course and have passed the Barton for another brave runner. My sympathies to your family.

    1. John Easler racist? He was a civil right activist???? It’s either you’re just stupid or you are trying to trigger someone

    2. John Easler you don’t understand basic human rights I guess. You want dictatorship in this country don’t you?

    3. Joanna Cohn
The latter … or maybe just a troll, since he comments the exact phrase in all threads offering condolences about John Lewis.
In general … he is not worth the time you gove by responding. 😉

    1. @John Easler How dare you say something like that you must really hate the fact that John Lewis is a man you will never measure up too Jerk!

I will try to keep his wisdom and positive thoughts in my heart!

    1. @Andro Nova I doubt that but even if that were true, it’s likely that he has 69.5 more IQ points than you. Your disgusting.

    2. @Lilac Please do not engage vampires, that is how they install their darkness in you and steal your light – No matter how tempting please ignore. One Love and stay safe.

    1. @Truth Counts You’re kidding , right? Look how he acted (or lack there of) when John McCain died. And McCain was WHITE! That demagog has NO idea how to be humble. ~RIP Mr. Lewis
