  1. Many Americans have implicit bias. Data and analysis is needed to identify and address it, in any organization.

Example: Mary is a hiring manager of a NBA sports team. Her team is 90% white, and 10% black.

Q: What is the racial demographics of other basketball teams, to identify possible unconscious bias?

Example: White cop kills black suspect. The law finds him guilty of murder.

Q: What is the data and analysis of police involving death? By race? By city? By state? Compared to other cities and states. What is the crime statistic by race? Is there an organizational problem regarding unconscious bias?

    1. @Joshua Kelley Governor, please. Somebody needs to bust up the Republican dirty politics machine in the state. Only one third of the registered voters in Florida are Republican, and a sizeable number of them do not actually live in the state.

    2. Pro tip : you can watch series at Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching a lot of movies recently.

  2. Scott barely offered a bandaid for the problems and would have solved nothing… He’s overstating his worth and talking out his a**….πŸ’©

    1. @Sun Moon I don’t encourage racial slurs… Be better than that. Grow up and help move our country forward already.

  3. Ask the people of my state south carolina.if he isn’t what he says.he will say anything. He’s another miss lindsey.

  4. Everyone: “No one can rationally say that Chauvin is innocent.”
Fox news: “Well, if you look at Floyd’s drug use and….”
    Everyone: πŸ€”πŸ™„πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ€£
Fox news: “Why do people always laugh when we say that?! 😑🀯 “

  5. You need to have a psychological test put together similar to the one the army has to determine weather police are fit for duty or time bombs waiting to go off.

  6. Probably a trivial piece of information but I just realized that just like Senator Graham, Tim Scott is unmarried. Do whatever you want with this info.

  7. Chauvin had a very long history of violent abuses of power. Including bashing a 14 year old in the head with a flashlight and kneeling on his neck for 17 minutes in 2017!!! His history wasn’t allowed in the George Floyd trial!

  8. Tim Scott was only a prop to use as an echo for the beliefs and words of Mitch McConnell in “Black face”. Lindsey Graham probably wrote the speech.

  9. Go watch the most transparent audit in America history! Azaudit not com but org. 9 camera angles live. Behizy on YouTube can tell you about the audit process
