  1. Actual Patriotic Americans want every eligible American citizen to be able to easily cast their vote for WHOEVER they choose.

    1. @JJ Strumr good one lady, take your boyfriends and go riot in the farmland when states flip..I bet you’ll be too scared, like real life huh lady?

    2. @Allan Burns go riot in the farm country when states flip. Trump didn’t put 66million into GITMO for him and his crew lady.

    3. The states are not going to flip. The election is over. Accept the results of the election because it’s reality.

  2. Let’s ignore the fact that no evidence has been found showing any large scale voter fraud after countless re-counts. The reality is that reducing voting hours, reducing voter locations, limiting mail in ballots will do nothing to stop voter fraud, only post election audits can do that. All those measures do is limit the ability to vote for the most vulnerable members of society which is all it was meant to do.

    1. The reality that has to be accepted is that there was no fraud whatsoever in this election.

    2. @86 commies So, we can acknowledge that there has been two cases of voter fraud that can be substantiated thus far.

  3. That Manchin is despicable.
He never paid his millions he owed his brother in business loans.

    1. @Zaynab bint Al-Harith You seem to assume only Republicans would criticise Manchin. That’s definitely not the case.

    2. @Patricia Eddy
I don’t love Putun, but he is going to wipe the floor with Biden

  4. Yes Liu is right, when it’s time to vote, DO IT! Make sure you vote OUT THE GOP AT EVERY LEVEL OF GOVERNMENT!!!

    1. @JJ Strumr with your 6 years and 2 subscribers i see you always have some interesting things to type huh sweetheart?

    2. @The Manchurian Candidate Like that’s ever going to happen. Who’s the ‘authoritarian’ party? Oh yeah, he got voted out.

    3. @JJ Strumr If this crap passes that’s exactly what you’ll have, when the Repubs had control in 2016 this was never considered. Let’s not have a repeat of Antietam.

    4. This bill isn’t authoritarian, it just helps people have the right to vote without their vote being suppressed.

  5. When a politician doesn’t want people to vote, or votes for restrictive laws around elections, seems to me that’s the fox guarding the chicken coop.

  6. They need to move fast with hr4 because the left side don’t want to do nothing with you they looking out for their self cuz they want that power that’s it and that’s my opinion

  7. Vote vote they can’t stop you from voting so go out there and vote your hearts out that’s my opinion

  8. If it’s not the full For the People Act it barely matters. Explication:

All the John Lewis Voting Rights Act does is remove the hurdles that the GQP is putting up to suppress the vote. So it basically returns us back to before 2013 before the activist SC gutted the VRA (Voting Rights Act of 1965). That’s important, but:

It doesn’t stop state officials from overturning the will of the voters!

For instance, a state could go for a dem candidate by margin of 10k, 50k, even 100k+ votes and the GQP state officials could still simply state: “That’s nice: but we don’t recognize these votes as legitimate.” and then simply refuse to certify them.

So it won’t even matter if enough people are able to vote due to GQP suppression being removed, because the end result was fixed beforehand by the state GQP.

Example: this would be akin to earning a passing grade on a test, maybe even a great grade, but nonetheless having the instructor refuse to recognize the grade as legitimate (and they don’t even have to say, much less prove, that you cheated: they just give you a failing a grade with no explanation and there is nothing you can do about it).

Only the full For the People Act gets rid of this huge GQP rigging of elections. So Manchin or anyone else supporting the John Lewis Voting Rights Act in the place of the For the People Act is noting but a bad faith subterfuge. DO NOT fall for it!

    1. He is inciting violence by saying “he is going to fight”. We need to impeach Liu

    2. @Zaynab bint Al-Harith yea man WOW so good you discovered this in time, quick quick show me all the footage of liberals attacking the capitol or staging a coup or…oh wait the only footage we have is of magas doing that, context matters but I cant teach you not to be a sucker so long as yer part of the cult, get out man, we love you

    3. @TJ
      How about CHOP?
More murders and violence happened there than at the Capitol

  9. Time for the Dems to offer Romney and Murkowski whatever they want for Utah and Alaska to get their votes, leaving West Virginia twisting in the wind. Thanks Joe Manchin (for keeping WV at the bottom of every state ranking)!

  10. The new DEAR LEADER JOE MANCHIN does not want to lose an inch of his absolute power: the KING of BS in the ridiculous fairytale of bipartisanship.

  11. Congratulations, Biden’s Voting Access Bill and For the People Act will ensure republicans cannot create vote suppression.
Democrats and Republicans like to think they are so different and yet the rest of the world just see uneducated Americans.

    1. I believe that HR1 will pass and it would be a great thing for the country when it does become law.

  12. there are SO many reasons to be against the so called “for the people act”. HERE IS JUST ONE: S1 would FORCE all states to allow anyone to vote who simply signs a form saying that they are who they claim they are. When combined with the mandate that states implement same-day voter registration, it means I could walk into any polling place on Election Day, register under the name John Smith, sign a form claiming I really am John Smith, cast a ballot, and walk out. Not only would election officials have no way of preventing that or verifying that I am not really John Smith, I could repeat this in as many polling places as I can get to.

So… no. Voter ID is common sense to everyone except those who seek to game the system. Manchin gets it. So do other democrats, but THEY ARE looking to game the system.

  13. Yeah. We want both HR 1 and HR4 passed.
Have Bernie Sanders handle it. He’ll get it done without republicans.

  14. There’s an opportunity for newbies to capitalize on, it’s quite a shame people can’t see this, trading is everything right now.

    1. Crypto currency is the future of all trades and it’s the only way of making huge profits.
I used the word “only” because i have tried stocks and Real estate but there are not as profitable as crypto.
