Rep. Nikema: ‘Regardless Of Your Zip Code, Your Right To Vote Should Be Protected’ | The Last Word

  1. all of this is moot, because after the filibuster is reformed, the voting bill is passed, and voter suppression ends, and the gop can no longer win elections.
btw, the gop is showing it doesn’t actually stand for anything other than its own power. it doesn’t stand for libertarian ideals or christian good samaritan values.

    1. It is not moot . None of that has happened . Until it does , the fight is ongoing & real . Also , another angle , a different tactic , a concession is not coming .

    1. The arrest of State Rep. Park Cannon is a throwback to the 1950s. Georgia Gov. KKKemp continues to provide proof that Ex-RepubliKKKan President Trump knew KKKemp was a true member of the Klan.

  2. Republican trying to stop America from voting the way we want to vote, Do they think we going to vote for Donald Trump again make that mistake. Donald Trump try to stop vote on January 6th, same as the Republican people trying stop us from voting

  3. But political solutions are impossible when the Senate filibusters EVERYTHING.
    How about a 55% population-based cloture rule?
Turns out the Dems represent 55% of the voters.
    Presto chango. No more filibuster.

    1. @Wake Up Idiots NOW – suggest you wake up and do your own research… Cancun cruises alone has filibustered more times than the dems.

  4. They can vote, but be sure to bring an ID with current address and make sure it’s between 7am and 8pm.
    That’s “voter suppression”, I don’t think so.

    1. But they can refuse to count or recognize your vote regardless… Tell me that’s not voter suppression.

    2. You saying I can’t give water to someone standing in line is a crime is voter suppression because the long lines are majority based in minority communities. You saying my vote as a minority county can be overturned by your majority is voter suppression and you being a soar loser at the least. You limiting drop boxes to certain areas and mail in voting combined with saying I can’t vote after 5 pm on work days is voter suppression. You changing the laws that you the Republican majority created because you lost the election is your shameless History of Jim Crow laws and voter suppression period… I’ll bring my I.D along with water to share with your wife and grandma while they sweat it out in line with my wife and grandma as well! Your Majority Is Quickly Becoming A Minority But You Know This And You’re Scared?! Why?!

  5. White supremacy rules in Georgia now after Republicans didn’t want to lose again. IT IS the state of white supremist. Can you imagine it will be against the law to provide food and water to people in line to vote. How low can Republicans stoop to win again?
