  1. Why ask for apology? He believes that. So does more than half of US. They don’t care about you. They don’t care if you die by police. But if you loot their stores they will shoot you. That is all. Other than that they are completely indifferent to your lives. And that should be fine with rest of the country. They will apologize with mouth but their heart is still south.

    1. Superstar athletes have influence over 10’s of millions of people. It’s the reason why some get $300 million shoes deals…because name recognition is important to many Americans. Any superstar athlete or high-profile figure that spoke so ignorantly would have been scrutinized. It’s not about “Drew Brees”, but rather, the “MESSAGE” he sent to millions of Americans who have been turning a blind eye on the oppression and treatment of black and brown people.

    2. @Andrew Andrew Merlyn is ignorant as fcuk. He’s a guy that’s comfortable with the status quo because he’s probably benefiting from the way things are. Oppress blacks, pay women less for doing the same job as a man, don’t give gays equal rights, separate babies from their mothers…yep Merlyn is a real piece of sh!t.

    3. @Andrew Andrew You are funny. Aything you don’t like is filth. What I do is challenge those with false belief systems and cultists. They hate the truth.

  2. Well, if politicians & rich athletes can make nice, surely the solution to police violence can’t be far behind.

    Smh.

  3. I get it and I’m an old white guy and am not surrounded by 70 black co-workers. It’s not hard Drew.

    2. It’s not easy to become an old white guy and have the wisdom that you have attained. Also you must have been raised in a less deplorable environment.

  4. If you post government statistics on crime, you get your comments removed?!
    Wtf is going on here?

    1. So true, checkout my youtube channel BUCKEYE VINNIE, please watch my videos and sub to my channel.

    2. My local news story deleted my comment because I wanted to know why dui checkpoints are always in the ghetto and not the nice side of town. Because cops pick on the poor easy target and not their friends.

    3. good point, checkout my youtube channel BUCKEYE VINNIE, please watch my videos and subscribe to my channel thanks brother.

    4. If you use a cuss word, you might get bounced. But you can be clever enough to get around that

  5. Knowing how active Drew Brees have been, helping the community, always been
portrayed as honorable and respectable, I was wondering why he hasn’t been speaking out
when the tragedy of Mr. George Floyd went viral all over the world.
All this time he was quiet during this chaotic time, and his first response was about the “flag.”
Had Brees been sided with this cause from before, there is no doubt most would’ve viewed it
    as a simple misunderstanding.
Action speaks louder than thousand words.
People say “forgive and forget” but saying sorry just isn’t enough to forget that was
unexpectedly disappointing coming from someone who would be last person to
    hear from such words.

    1. By not taking a knee .. Brees showed that is a white supremicist .. No better than the rest .. and now backtracking just to save face .. This is how there white folks are when they have damaged the community with their words

    2. Drew took a knee in 2017 bc of racism, he just won’t kneel during the national anthem

    3. @Laundromat Graveyard the left want to force him and everyone else to their knees in unwarranted guilt and shame. their motto is ‘obey or we will destroy you’.

    1. @Richie D I don’t understand turning a blind eye to inequality while trying to make it look like singing the national anthem with hypocritical reverence will make it go away

    2. @Roxxas Rivera
Yeah well the democratic serpent left antichrist network is the devils legion literally pushing full beast system Demonic tyranny and the destruction of humanity paving the way for the Antichrist.
      ~They bring you death ~

    3. Drew just doesn’t get it that’s all. He think players that kneel are disrespecting the flag and the soldiers who fought for the country. But their purpose of kneeling down wasn’t about that it was about police brutality and how the black people are not being treated equally. And drew doesn’t see that or understands that. That is why he said what he said. Drew and the rest of the players that kneeled down are not on the same page. And that’s why DREW IS THE PROBLEM because he just doesn’t get it…. So it’s sorta like a misunderstanding to me I’m sure Brees isn’t racist and is a really cool humble guy think about what all he’s down for the city of NO man they love him. I don’t see no other sports athletes doing that as much like what he does

    1. Totally agree with you my brother, checkout my youtube channel BUCKEYE VINNIE, please watch my videos and sub to my channel thanks.

  6. Representative. Why are you responding to Drew Brees apology? Come on you’ve got better things to do.

  7. It takes a real man to apologize. Take him at his word. You will never hear Mr. Trump apologize.

    1. Great comment and fact, checkout my youtube channel BUCKEYE VINNIE, please watch my videos and subscribe to my channel thanks.

    2. I acknowledge your point, despite the appearance of likely expediency on the part of Brees

    3. José Hunter’s EW&F Remixes ….Understood. I believe Mr. Bree’s is feeling a certain breeze right now and it’s no fun. At least he is trying.

    1. Greatings Australia, Checkout my youtube channel BUCKEYE VINNIE, please watch my videos and subscribe to my channel, it is a football show i have.

  8. The NBA team that signs Kaepernick next should put it in his Contract to kneel at every game. That way, future violent protests can be avoided.

  9. Drew brees apology was written by the PR team. He should just say how he feels. His first statement is what he really feels so I don’t blame him. But he should educate himself on why black people feel differently because we also fought in wars and still dealt with police brutality and discrimination. I would argue that black people have proven to be the most patriotic of all. Fighting for freedoms you don’t even have

  10. I remember watching a video of kids in a park playing basketball taking a knee when a funeral procession passed by. RESPECT GIVEN!
