Reporter asks Trump to condemn Kenosha shooter. Watch his response

When asked about the ongoing protests in Portland, Oregon, and Kenosha, Wisconsin, President Donald Trump refused to condemn 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, who is facing homicide charges for allegedly killing two protesters in Kenosha. CNN's Jeremy Diamond has more. #CNN #News

    1. @jereth gryphon *violent rioters
Saying protesters completely changes the context. That would be like if the KKK came up to and African Americans house and he shot them when they were on his lawn but instead, you chose to call it “a political group holding a peaceful protest”

    2. @Joe Ramos I don’t know, but I know a lot of people below the age of 18 that have guns, most of my friends struck out on their own long before 18 and had to defend themselves, not a justification or anything, just saying that that doesn’t sound unusual to me

    3. @Joe Ramos and he was not flexing out of protesters, it was defending an auto shop against violent rioters. Every time you say protesters you change the context, like I said in a previous statement, that would be like if the KU Klux Klan showed up in Detroit and they called it a peaceful protest

    4. @Frishy Honestly I really hope so. I’m not a fan of sue happy people, but I’m much less of a fan of corrupt media organizations that colluded with people like Epstein

  1. Soooo what about the thousands of children that are being trafficked each day? are you guys gonna do a report on that!

    1. @Scott Parker 🤣🤣🤣 COLLUSION COLLUSION COLLUSION 🤣🤣🤣 WALL WALL WALL🤣🤣🤣 WHERE WE GET OUR DRUGS 🤢 IMPEACH IMPEACH IMPEACH🤣🤣🤣 WHERE WE GET ARE SEX SLAVES, STD’S AND VOTES 🤣🤣🤣 CUT TAXES 🤢 He wants us to do what?🤢ME NO DO WORK, ME LAY ON COUCH, ME GOOD AT IT🤣🤣🤣

  2. Someone explain to this reporter his job. Can’t wait for Kyle’s pay day when he sues CNN. Lessons not learned apparently.

    1. @JustAnother Poster Just because those people are breaking the law does not given anyone the right to also break the law. We have a social contract. I’m not ‘a bad guy’ because that’s not me, I generally like helping people, however some people are not bad because they fear repercussions> They don’t shoot/rob/rape because society will come after them, not other individuals > while at the same time> if I contribute to society, I get rewards for doing so. While yhea there are people there who are doing damage and NEED to face repercussions ( and probably won’t) There are also legitimate protesters who think that there is a problem with the current system. My option ( that’s not worth a dam because I am not in a position of true power): is that we are still currently in a health crisis. While no one there may be armed, if they spread Covid-19 they still threaten the lives of other people. ALSO if you watch a lot of the videos, the armed men and women are telling the protesters ( and rioters) to go to the police station, go to the court house. (because their problem is with the system not other citizens) I also think those business have the right to ask people to come and help defend their land, but those that can legally do so. Kyle could not. What I wish would have happened; That Kyle went and remained unarmed, but instead had a ton of water on him. That he be on the line pulling the other defenders away from the protesters/ rioters/ instigators, and gave water to both sides that needed. Gave med treatment to both sides that needed it. He props would not have been chased because he would have been looked at like a photographer/ medic, ( this is speculation, but if he was not armed he would not have shot Ron, one of the other armed people would have, and if Kyle din’t shoot Ron, the other 2 would not have been shot). Medics have been ignored at other demonstrations. The fact that he was armed instigated the situation ( and I support gun rights). But what do I know, all you know for sure, is that I’m some random dude on the Internet. It’s easy to say words, but I believe in more actions: Kyle said he was their to help people and stop the conflict, BUT HIS ACTIONS will now lead to more people getting hurt or even killed. This includes cops, and protesters and civilians trying to do what they think is right.

    2. @Jonathan Lindsey Kyle is the instigator? What videos did you see? When his group put out the dumpster fire, did you see the reaction? Did you see Rosembaum coming at the armed defenders with Huber right behind him? Minutes later yelling shoot me mother (you know the term). Did you see the anger? They were ready to go off on them Marquise Love style – perhaps they didn’t since they had weapons? Did you see Rosenbaum GIVE CHASE to Kyle? People riot in the streets for 3 nights, and somebody defending businesses is the instigator? OK. Lighting a dumpster near a GAS STATION on fire is simply breaking the law? OK, if you say so. If you ask me, it puts peoples lives in danger and I applaud somebody that will go into harms way to stop it. That is fulfilling a social contract..

Did you see the interview Kyle gave, just prior to being chased by Rosenbaum, explaining he was defending the business behind him, and that people were getting injured so he would go into harms way and that is why he had a weapon?

You are right, breaking the law doesn’t give anybody else the right to break the law. Destroying city streets and buildings is not just destroying property, destroys peoples livelihoods. Lighting dumpsters on fire near gas stations puts peoples live in danger. Beyond unlawful, so no, they should not have been there also. Social contract applies to them as well.

And of course, I am not talking about protestors – those that don’t destroy and put other peoples lives in danger.

    3. @Jonathan Lindsey And Rosenbaum is an instigator also, if you project that violent actions will lead to more violent actions (Rosenbaum was pushing the lit dumpster as he was putting people’s lives in danger). I agree with you there, violence begets violence and again agree with you that the unlawful/violent agitators should not have been there as breaking the law does not justify breaking the law (violence was being justified by cop breaking law) . This whole situation is a terrible tragedy all the way around. I am also happy to hear you say that you do not believe Kyle had any premeditated intentions. Neither one of us knows exactly what triggered Rosenbaum to start chasing Kyle. You say the narrative is Kyle was picking a fight, I say there is evidence that points to Rosenbaum – based this on the fact Rosenbaum was videotaped as extremely agitated and every video shows Kyle being chased – also plausible. Perhaps Rosenbaum wanted revenge for Kyle and his crew trying to stop Rosenbaum and his crew from performing criminal and dangerous acts. I think Kyle was doing an interview when he started getting chased, which is maybe why he was alone (yes, not too smart to leave a group in that situation) and maybe Rosenbaum saw an easy target. But again, I dont know for sure, and I believe you inferred you dont know either I think we both know that witnesses dont always remember exactly what happened, sometimes tell a story to fit their narrative and even flat out lie – even in Facebook. Also I don’t believe Kyle is the one who actually put out the fire, so why chase him? Honestly, sounds like the only thing we really disagree on is who instigated it .

    4. @JustAnother Poster o no I think the protestors ‘instigated it’ however kyle is in this werid legal illgeal loop hole: so Ill send this out here: at what point do we get the right to bear arms? There is no age limit in the 2nd amendment, and kyle may be the one to challenge this, but as of right now he’s boned.

    1. @Ancel Rick, remember the other two videos of the first shooting where the group who assaulted him was already chasing him and assaulting him before the first shooting? The one where there are multiple angles and show someone in the mob shooting first? Do you remember that one?

    2. @ridingrules10000 Yes you mean the violent encounter where he then stood over the fallen body and made a phone call? While not being attacked long enough to call someone. Yes that one too.

    3. @Ancel Rick, yeah, the roaches scattered for a moment, then continued to chase him. Why they did that, I don’t know. Maybe Mr. Skate-or-die thought he would be to scared to defend himself a second time.

    4. @Ancel Rick hmm..I wonder why he shot the first guy?? Maybe its because he chased him, tried to take his weapon and was shot at first..but that would make too much sense🤔

    5. @Zabuza Momochi He shot the first guy because someone gave him, a 17 year old kid, an AR to run around with. He should have stayed home.

    1. @Smellyweasel23 ! 😂😂You crack me up😛😁😂. By the way please don’t mention God and trump in the same sentence.

    2. M65 liberals are the one repealing civil rights laws and who hate veterans, on top of that your boy Biden has been hiding in basement for most of his campaign

    3. @Cris EX . No, I don’t do those things but just goes to show what an ignorant ……… you are. Have a good day.

    4. New Republicans: racism is always bad, log cabin republicans are great! babies lives matter, god is good, families matter, country should be respected, illegal illicit drugs are bad, addiction is a disease, capitalism is mostly good, violence is sometimes ok. Government should stay out of issues regarding race except for individual acts of hate crime. Foreign wars are bad. we should try to stay out of ancient tribal conflicts. Subsistence life style is good. Farmers are good. Energy independence is important. Globalism is bad. Sovereignty is important. Merit based immigration is smart. Vote security is smart. School choice/charter School and vocational schools are good. College is not critical to success and in many cases is a waste of valuable time and money. Good jobs matter. Free healthcare is impossible under a capitalist system. Non-profits and Religion affiliated hospitals like providence St. Pete’s should cover/wave bills for people who can’t pay. It should be a write off. 99.9 percent of police are heroes. America should be proud.

New Democrats: Black Lives Matter. racism is bad but not always, god is offensive and religion is stupid, socialism is good, drugs aren’t that bad, addiction is a disease. all white people are racist, killing babies is ok, violence is sometimes ok and preconceived notions based on skin color are normal. Gender is fluid. Government should keep detailed demographics records and involve itself in as many aspects of daily life as possible in order to help minority groups gain advantages based on skin color. Systemic racism is rampant and out of control. The police are killing black people whole sale for no reason. White men and their families stop democrats from gaining power. America must act as a world police force. Fossil fuels are bad. Energy independence is impossible. Globalism is inevitable and good. Borders are bad and racist. Open borders are good. Mail in vote is good. Public school is good because you can implement federal education programs on a massive level. STEM programs are more important than vocational school. Charter schools that operate outside the purvey of public system guidelines are not good. Capitalism is unfair. Tax payers should pay more to support the education of all people regardless of their interest in school or going to college or the likelihood of college leading to some sort of gainful employment. College is critical to success and should be paid for by tax payers. Healthcare is a right. socialist universal healthcare is good. America should be ashamed of itself.

    1. in my opinion these so called reporters are the most sick of them all. They knowingly report from a script of lies and deceptions for personal profit. No regard for truth, honesty or consequences. That is plain evil and wrong.

    1. Each will be judged by those we align with. Side with xi and the dragon and be dragged in the pit in chains with all judged aligned with the evil one.

    2. China_xoxo_ the “thug” got a call from a friend who’s had 2 of 3 of his small businesses bunt down. He went to defend the last one and provide medical aid to protestors (video evidence) after putting out a dumpster fire, the mob chased him yelling death threats. He’s was beaten down attacked twice and forced to shoot the attackers in fear of his life. Kyle had only kindness in his heart, before this he was cleaning graffiti of walls. Now Antifa wants his cell number to murder him. Pleas try to put yourself in his shoes before believing CNN. His life is ruined and it isn’t your fault for not knowing it’s the mainstream media’s.

    1. @212nightcrawler and to be fair though CDC claimed that it could not be spread from human to human transmission, now, obviously any competition, reasonable person would have never believed to that and nor did he well he was banning flights and the corporate Democrats we’re calling it Xena phobic

    2. @cheesemaker Keesee i am talking about the truth. he had no plan, he gave no national mask-wearing mandate and he shutdown the pandemic response team

    3. @212nightcrawler I literally just told you how he had a plan, and a mask wearing mandate without actually supplying the masks would be a horrible idea, also what about people who literally can not breathe with a mask. That’s the issue with nationwide mandates, they don’t take people into account. Have you ever been to Manitowoc Wisconsin? I’ll tell you what it’s one of the greatest cities on earth, and the reason being it’s an area almost completely devoid of blanket government regulation, they have the cheapest beers (even if there’s sometimes brewed in bathtubs) and great homemade recipes all over the place. I used to be a little bit more left leaning and in favor of big government policies, but after living in that place for 4 years, I realized that nationwide mandates and blanket laws don’t usually work. I would prefer to let the states, and more than that, the people make their own decisions

    4. cheesemaker Keesee there’s just one problem with your argument – he NEVER had a plan or a mask mandate and since you think otherwise you’re clearly delusional or on drugs
Ps, beer brewed in a bathtub is truly disgusting

    5. @212nightcrawler he never had a mask mandate and had no better plans than anybody else except the Democrats, I’ll give you that. To be honest, I’m not really a fan of the guy either, I just find it annoying how he acts like every other Republican, just slightly less corrupt and everybody acts like he’s Hitler. and by the way you seriously seem like the kid who participated in the just say no event at your school as a kid, lol.

    1. @Jennifer Anderson of course as a fake news drinker, every site that says anything contrary to what y’all spew is laughable credentials. I have several sources that affirm the same truth.

    2. @Haquan Wright BLM mobs surround innocent people scream in their face demanding that they make the naz.. I mean the blm salute. On video. Caused hundreds of millions in damages, destroyed thousands of lives just since May, at least 30 dead. It’s all on video. The best you can come up with for right wing violence is a 17 year old who defended himself against rioters lol. Everyone hates blm. You all were sucked into this round of pre election riots because a career criminal OD’d in police custody. Grow up. You are being used by rich democrats who dont care about you. At all.

    3. @Sparky Nate you’re right, it’s not an ‘assault rifle’. Pretty sure the main point of the original comment was that people shouldn’t charge the the business end of a gun. Armalite, we got it.

  3. Kyle Rittenhouse was defending businesses, literally putting out fires, and supplying medical aid, because police and EMTs are reluctant to do so under the circumstances.
The first guy he shot was pursuing him. Rittenhouse was clearly trying to deescalate the situation by RUNNING AWAY, but Rosenbaum insisted on a confrontation.
*KYLE RITTENHOUSE IS A TOTAL HERO* from beginning to end, but he shot “peaceful protesters” in self-defense, so he must be punished by the MSM/Democrats (same thing).

    1. A hero? Had this guy made to the police he would be out hunting for black and brown people. He will be behind bars and the world will be better because of it. He is a murderer period.

    2. @Yung Kali “A person who engages in unlawful conduct of a type likely to provoke ” So, running away is provoking now? Hmm.. interesting. And if you foolishly try to make the case that fleeing conflict is “provoking”, the law includes the exception “the person is not privileged to resort to the use of force intended or likely to cause death to the person’s assailant UNLESS the person reasonably believes he or she has exhausted every other reasonable means to escape from or otherwise avoid death or great bodily harm at the hands of his or her assailant.” It’s pretty obvious, considering that one of the two he shot had a gun drawn, and the overall situation of a violent crowd encroaching, that he was entitled to shoot the nearest assailants or face likely death or “great bodily harm” (quoting the law). Nice try though. I salute you actually citing a legal passage.

    3. robotron17 first guy he murdered had no weapon. There was no actual or apparent threat the man posed that would cause great bodily harm or death. Arguing or chasing someone unarmed doesn’t translate to actual or apparent great bodily harm or death. Nice try trying to justify this murderer going to a different state where riots are taking place with an AR15, that’s definitely provocative behavior. 2. He had no legal right to be there acting as security for businesses when he isn’t licensed to practice as armed security or wasn’t protecting an immediate families property and wasn’t an employee. He was in the wrong here from the beginning and he unnecessarily put himself in this position. STOP TRYING TO JUSTIFY TERRORISM. The rioters and looters are wrong, yes. But, this young man was wrong also. Both can be true. Wrong is wrong, the law is the law. He wasn’t on the right side of the law here.

    4. You can say he’s a hero all day . You can say it until the cows come home. That’s doesn’t make it true. He’s a vigilante.

  4. I don’t support trump, I dont care what color you claim, if you chase an armed man expect to get shot plain and simple.

  5. Imagine actually believing and informing yourself with CNN when one of their main analyst says the media is not your friend

    1. @Ryan Lengacher very doubtful, who would burn a gas station down, that would explode. Which is worse, losing a gas station or murdering people?

    2. @SkidSyndicate more like all were stupid and should have been getting there normal daily sleep and waking up for a new day like I did that day instead of walking around with a gun or setting things on fire. I don’t deal with stupid people or try not too.
