Imagine being a major media outlet quoting another media outlet who is quoting an anonymous source and saying its journalism.

It has happened before. People have trolled the news. But look at it another way. What if some of the first people to troll the news with fake news and sources did it to hook people to do it just for fun to create a placebo effect for the lies to be believed. Journalists have created fake stories at the cost of their credibility.
If there are fake votes or not two things need to be done. 1, count the votes in an official manner because what was released on the night of 11/03/2020 was unofficial. Remember, the press predicted that “DEWEY DEFEATS TRUMAN” only to have Truman hold that headline over his head with the win in his pocket. 2, because if good men do nothing, evil wins. Please look up the Buffalo, NY postal worker attested for alleged mail theft.

Has everybody forgotten that America isn’t actually a Democracy? It’s a Republic. Being Anti-Democratic is what the Electoral College is all about! That’s kinda the whole point.
@Andy Thomas Jefferson famously said “Democracy is two wolves and a sheep deciding what is for dinner.”
The founders rejected Democracy in favor of Republic, because they saw Democracy as inherently tyrannical (which it is). And actually, there is no civics class in the world that teaches they are the same. They do utilize some similarities, though, so I understand your confusion. Happy to clarify.
The founding fathers rejected rule by Democracy because it encourages Majority rule and oppression of Minority opinion/representation.

@hugedwarffu Not at all. The point is that a Majority of individuals can be just as oppressive as a Monarch. If you’re a leftist, you probably know this better than most. Minority populations can be oppressed by Majority power (*cough, cough, Jim Crow laws).
A Republic fixes that problem by Federalizing power rather than Centralizing it. Remember this: Democracy is about Majority oppression over Minority Population, Republic is about equal representation for all with a system of checks and balences.
While the American people sit and argue back and forth about voter fraud the big picture is unfolding right before our eyes. Its not about the votes,its about power. We are resting on very thin ice right now.

More than 20,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have impossible return dates and another more than 80,000 have return dates that raise questions, according to a researcher’s analysis of the state’s voter database.
Over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were sent out—an extraordinary speed, given U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery times, while nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have a return date earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date.

I never heard the media say that. I did hear about the deal he got in Florida. Guilty but no meaningful punishment. The attorney who set it up is now Sec of Labor.

@b davies There was a lot of burying of the story of the initial scandal from years ago by nearly all news media so there is some credence in what they say there but no one ever reported it as baseless or a conspiracy, it was either buried or very minimally reported on – so that bit of it is utter BS. When it was brought to light again via Ronan Farrow’s excellent work years after the court case, that’s when it was taken up by other news agencies and it all came out.
