  1. Cannot be permanent fix for flooding. Bcuz the amount of water will always overflow any drainage/gutter built. Plus most drainage is always blocked with rubbish or debris.

      Just maybe if government were more organize in Jamaica, they would inform residents about flood prone areas and they would prevent any building from taking place.
      Governments is not totally innocent in all of this remember seh successive governments over many years allowed squatting island wide.
