Yes in most of Canada it is indeed unfeasible if you can’t have indoor dining . You can only really have winter outdoor dining in places where it doesn’t get as cold or in sunny days at higher elevations ( the mountains) .

@Sheng Huang It does work at high elevations on a sunny day . When I was a small boy my family used to go skiing in the alps and on a sunny day you could very well sit outside on the patio . But like I said that only works when it’s sunny and at high elevations above sea level .
