Rethinking Gatherings In A Post-Quarantine World
This is now and always should be up to and the responsibility of each of us. Learn the risks and how to protect themselves and their families and do so. If you are not comfortable don’t go there are so that. If you are comfortable with the risk get vaccinated, if not be very careful. Anyone forcing anyone to get an experimental vaccine (why is it still experimental) needs to be responsible for any problem coming from that vaccination. Hopefully everyone will see the light and do the right thing. My opinion
The only comfort in all this is that the people who rush to expose themselves to infection via mass gatherings are more likely to be unvaccinated; thereby, creating a situation where more people are infected in a shorter time. As our ERs and morgues fill up, vaccination rates will increase proportionally and it will bring us closer to the end of this pandemic.
More people have permanent lung damage from covid then have had issues with the vaccine.
Beautiful human being this girl
The Lollapalooza organizers require the wearing of masks when concert goers are indoors?
Meanwhile outdoors, they are packed like sardines. It’s as bad as a Trump super spreader event.
stormy was a super spreader. For bread.
IMAGINE IF PANDEMIC MANAGEMENT WAS AN OLYMPIC SPORT.
New Zealand finished the Covid race with 26 deaths 1 year ago.
China finished the race on 14 January 2021 with 4,636 deaths.
America is still struggling mid way through the race with 629,380 Covid deaths with 300 more each day.
So 100,000 new cases last Friday… in 2 weeks, 1000 death per day.
That’s why freezer refrigerator trucks being readied for hospitals now.
Funny. I never quarantined so this wasnt a problem for me.
Sorry if having to work to survive is selfishness…did you enjoy working from home having my hands touch the groceries that were plopped on your doorstep?
@Zaynab bint Al-Harith Your post promotes ignorance via complacency.
You do a disservice to the world by posting the way you do.
I went to work every day, so being outside and making plans was not a big deal.
Two weeks in I was eating in a Chinese restaurant
@Zaynab bint Al-Harith troll.
The Ayatollah showers blessings upon you for your service to Iran!
I personally have more parties / gathering in my home then ever before… one reason because the Democrats said not too.
Why so much politics in your life?
As we have seen many times before, if you are a top Democrat then the lockdowns are not meant for you, your family and your friends. Gotta love the hypocrisy. 😆😆
What a waste of time. I thought this would give some practical guidance about how to handle avoiding covid…not.
You heard of the covid19 Vaccine, right?
Meanwhile, freezer trucks now showing up at hospitals where the unvaccinated are on ventilators.
If your still quarentined…go ahead and wait until we come and get you and let you know it’s ok 🤭😂
The world will be such a better place after delta rips through.
Looks like normal life is continuing to me.
Such fear mongering bs.
Who here has not been able to celebrate their Bday for at least one year, if not 2 YEARS?
Intelligent thought-provoking discussion. No doubt, this pandemic will have a lasting impact, but how much remains to be seen. Had hoped that for those Americans choosing willful ignorance Covid-19 would be a wakeup call, and for some of them it has. But its disappointing how so many of my fellow citizens have chosen to double-down on stupidity.
Luckily ,America developed a vaccine ; so you could be ok .
