New video from near Tel Aviv, Israel shows rockets streaming across the night sky. All flights have been halted at Ben Gurion Airport and at least 28 Palestines including 10 children have been killed. Sky News’ Mark Stone reports on the escalation of violence.

in the 600s AD there was an Arab conquest of Byzantine Palestine. The Arabs were thrown out by the Crusaders, who were eventually replaced by the Turks, who were eventually replaced by the Brits. 300 years of Arab control, ending 1000 years ago.
