Runner completes barefoot half-marathon on frozen lake, breaks world record

Spain native Karim El Hayani ran barefoot all his life.

When he moved to Quebec four years ago, he started running in the snow.

He recently broke a world record when he completed a half-marathon on a frozen lake.

  1. You need to respect your body. Frostbite is very really and u can loose those feet and toes. Wow this guy has no brain. Wait till u grow older. You are destroying your feet and will probably end up in a wheelchair
