I remember this officer when he arrived in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. The picture of him yelling at those wayward soldiers to lower there weapons and reminded them that they were not in a war zone, and that these are our people not refugees from a foreign land and that they had just lost everything and the last thing they needed was their own military pointing a gun at them. He is my hero!
