    1. @Lion Judah To be honest, it would have been more believable if President Putin paper proof of the vaccine working instead of just saying that one of his daughter feels better. Just saying something doesn’t mean much without solid, viewable proof. Its like saying that all Americans are evil at a statistical meeting without the stats.
Also, before you call me a ‘misinformed, stupid, ‘insert demeaning word here’ American’ I’m not. Only lived there for 1 year of my life because of my grandmother.

    2. @Clara Choi You should realize that Russia has 895k covid cases and only 15k covid deaths. While America has 5 million covid cases and 100k deaths. Now you want to verify if the Russian can be trusted? Go ahead and trust your western vaccine instead.

    3. @Lion Judah So? There’s no need to attack me. I never said that Russia is to never be trusted. All I’m saying is that viable, solid, viewable proof would be nice instead of just words. Anyone can say something and make it sound like the truth which is why I would appreciate it if Putin backed his words up with a lab result or something that proves the vaccine really works.

Also, after Trump ‘joked’ about injecting bleach to cure covid, I thought of him even more of a joke. So whatever ‘western vaccine’ you speak of is something I’m not trusting so easily as well.

  1. So all this time all scientists needed to create solutions to problems was a lot of money? I was taught that scientific discovery took a long time and usually accidental discovery! Wow! Next lets cure cancer within six months by throwing money at the problem! Yay! Science is money based! Wheeeeee!

    1. We already know how to make vaccines, and all they needed was to apply that, lets just say “recipe” to the new virus, and of course that needs funding and time to complete. It is different with cancer because we have never cured anything like it before, unlike viruses which we have made hundreds of vaccines for.

    2. @Jackbob 6469 I don’t think there has ever been a vaccine for a coronavirus before. They stopped on the SARS vaccine after it mutated and was not a huge threat anymore.

    1. carrollyn quinn I think you are not intelligent and completely brainwashed as most of your society (narrow minded crowd and you all can only follow the rules and instructions introduced by your government)

    2. @carrollyn quinn Take your tin hat off and take a breather. Step away from the internet for a bit. You need a break.

  2. Well, it’s been around since 1840…at least
So I guess it was due for a little ‘update’
Yes, the new version may be a bit more difficult in calculating the odds…
But if you have that ‘self-destructive’ gene and fancy your chances?
Russian Roulette has just taken ‘chance’ to a whole new level…
Now throwing the daughter under the bus…well…
I certainly wouldn’t fancy my chances against, the boss, would you?
