    1. @Paul Padegenis Actually in reality Americans will never vote for a communist or accept PRESIDENTIAL SCHMEG HARVEST.

  1. They’re so desperate to cheat Bernie again, Liberalism is cancer and they won’t give up the party to progressives without a fight.

    1. Get real. What we have is a TIE. Liberals did not orchestrate Bernie getting HALF the number of votes he got four years ago. Liberals did not force an equal number of voters to select Pete Buttigieg. Face facts. Bernie has least one and possibly three viable competitors. Quit whining and promote your candidates strengths, or just retire from the game.

    1. You must understand

      1) Your vote is REPRESENTED unfairly via “delegates” and “electors” (as in the electoral college). So, when you hear things like, “won the popular vote”, you know democracy is getting screwed over.

      2) All of these races are done in PLURALITY. Bernie won the most votes, but he only got 26%, so that means 74% did not want him (or so it would seem). So, Chuck is attempting to speculate at the support that would have occurred, IF…we had a voting method like, Approval, Score, or Rank Choice voting. WHY? Because…with plurality voting…WE TRULY DO NOT KNOW WHO WON.
https://youtu.be/7mYPACssLbI So, when Chuck says “split the vote”, he’s trying to say…WE DON’T KNOW, BECAUSE OF PLURALITY VOTING.

    2. Speaking of old Bernie is a 79 year old communist who recently had a heart attack ♿

  2. Is Chuck Todd the bona fide bonehead? Back with both popular vote and delegate numbers he is by far the front runner in both categories. The only close second putting up a fight is Pete Buttigieg.

    1. If he “wins” by the slim margins he has thus far achieved, their will be little or no force behind such a blow.

    2. @ruth depew You can’t compare this race to 2016. There were only two candidates in 2016 and one of them, Hillary Clinton, is almost universally hated across the country. That’s why she lost. Here in 2020, Bernie is up against a half-dozen candidates — and several of them are quite good and very well-liked. So basically, NONE of the candidates this time around are going to see any huge victories. Not until more of them drop out and the choices become more sharply defined. _Despite all of the above challenges, Bernie won anyway._

    1. Vidya Gopal Yes, but not this close with 4 of those other big candidates being moderates. If you add Bernie and Warren’s votes vs. Amy and Pete for example – the moderate side far exceeds the more liberal side which is still a significant change from 2016. Bernie’s still running the same platform and the moderates this time are pretty similar to Hillary’s platform.

    2. @Najee Tiller No, the point was valid. You can’t compare this race to 2016.

    3. @Najee Tiller I don’t think that it’s as simple as moderates will vote for moderates though. For example, most Joe Biden’s supporters’ second choice is Bernie Sanders. It has more to do with other things like media exposure after Iowa and debate performance, rather than the label of progressive vs moderate.

    4. Tessmage Tessera I do think both your points are valid ones, absolutely. However, I just disagree that your points are accounting for all of the difference this time around.

    1. @Mt. Rushmore of Battle Rap Comments. You must feel more comfortable with the term Democratic SOCIALIST 🤪

    2. @Mt. Rushmore of Battle Rap Comments. Bernie has admitted to being a Democratic SOCIALIST who also supports LGBTQ. *FACT

    3. @William H Music 2020 yes, we actually LOVE that about him!! He also supported civil rights back when it was dangerous to do so. 😊❤

    1. It’s quite obvious that the majority of liberal “males” are BISEXUAL and or HOMOSEXUAL.
      tinyurl.com/w3rtptt

    1. @Terry Tater Actually in reality the Democratic party is CHOCK-FULL of racists and HOMOSEXUALS.

    1. @William H Music 2020 I don’t think you know, what a communist is. Cuz Bernie Sanders is not a communist. He’s a Democratic Socialist. And it Democratic Socialist is basically someone who’s in favor. Of capitalism with heavy strong regulations It’s taking the best parts of capitalism and it’s taking the best parts of socialism and you fuse the two together and that’s what you get Democratic socialism. So please baby boomer keep on talking you nonsense. You’ve obviously learned so much over the past several decades of being fed horse manure by the mainstream media 24/7 you blind sheep.

  3. You are so bias stressing Pete any where you can. I’ve got news for you Pete is racist and all talk no substance he is done moving forward.

  4. What Chuck Todd and the majority of talking heads on MSNBC are pretzeling themselves to defend is Reaganism. Their service to Reagan’s failed economic ideology, which has elevated an ever shrinking minority class, but has degraded the economic standing of the vast majority of Americans over the last 40 years, is a betrayal to the American people and the Democratic party.

    Medicare for all
    Student loan forgiveness
End the war on drugs , a war on the American people
Raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour

This is the center of the Democratic Party, not the 10% that are thriving at everyone else’s expense.

  5. “Does he just sit atop a very “fragmatic” field?” Todd asks. What the heck is “fragmatic”? Can WE THE PEOPLE really let this Todd be one of the few interviewers in Las Vegas after insinuating Sanders’ supports are comparable to “brown shirts”?

  6. He’s also throwing shade at Warren by having her in 5th when she actually finished 4th. This guy is a low life.

  7. Notice how many times he says “anyways” like a passive aggressive teenager: “Of course, he doesn’t lead in delegates. Anyways…” “It’s possible…Buttigieg would’ve won big. Anyways…”
