  1. The only president who doesn’t suck off the 1% and isn’t delusional when it comes to the working class. Getting my vote.

    1. Clarissa Explains It All doesn’t suck off the 1% cause he is the 1%. Difference is that Bernies fortunes came from tax dollars. Embarrassing.

    2. So please tell us how many Bills has Bernie passed in his 40 years or so in government. You people want some one else who says he has all the answers? The blame falls on “We the People”. We have allowed this crap to happen.

  2. Bernie is as sharp as a two blade sword. Look out establishment here comes Bernie all the way to the white. Simply historic!

  3. “Socialism for the rich and rugged individualism for the poor”–MLK. Give ’em hell Bernie!!!!

    1. Mr. Pierce, where did you get your figures regarding staff payment? Regarding your assertion that Sanders is a multimillionaire, every congressman and senator has a salary that places them in the top 1%. Here’s tax rates would reflect that. The question is regarding an increasing tax rate, and cutting deductions for multinational corporations and billionaires who are able to take advantage of tax shelters, tax breaks, write offs, and subsidies. Amazon paid no federal taxes on 2017, and had them cut in 2018, GE paid under 1%, and had had years they received rebates without paying anything in taxes. Every one of these companies has written the tax laws for their benefit. The most recent tax bill was written by lobbyists, with some amendments written in hand in margins, and Congress was given five hours (except the Republicans who wrote it) to review 4,000 pages. Even some of the “sponsors” didn’t see the complete bill. Paul Ryan was given a $450,000 “campaign contribution by the Koch brothers, despite having announced his retirement. Wake up and stop being stupid, you’re paying their taxes.

    2. Amen, the brainwashing of The Corporate has reached new heights. Installing one of their fellow #RichFreeloaders as pResident really put their icing on the cake. Let them eat cake. Off with their heads!

  4. I can’t even comprehend being so greedy that you’d rather your government spend more of you tax dollars on terrible health care that barely helps anyone, than spend less of it on better health care that covers everyone.
The irony is that most post people that would benefit from it are the ones voting against it.

    Go Burnie, you good thing!

    1. That’s because the ones who vote against improved health care have a motto:- “I’m doing fine, – sod everyone else!”

    2. rhysmuir…which means the democratic party has lied for years. they don’t want progress!…done!

    3. @Richard Henry Sr I hope that’s not an argument for the Republicans..
But I would say that’s cause American politics are so far right wing that even democratic moderates would be considered right wing in other countries

    1. @Seth H.
If Biden gets enough votes, he’ll have enough delegates to win. That’s not stealing, that’s just how it works.

Bernie won’t be favored by the Democratic establishment, that was clear from the beginning, a coalition against Bernie was always going to happen.
It’s up to the people to get Bernie elected, problem is that there are too many conservative and moderate voters in the US, it’s an uphill run for Bernie.

    2. @Michel Francois
Biden? Sure, he’s a massive joke, I hope Trump mops the floor with him if he gets the nomination
Bernie? He’s the best candidate the US has seen in ages, he’ll mop the floor with Trump if he gets the nomination

    3. seth…i agree! i def. think we should. they aren’t democrats…they are republican lite! i don’t know why they say black women are for biden…he is NOT obama…and never was!

  5. How could anyone with a brain and a heart not understand what Bernie is saying? This country is going to 💩 if we don’t elect Bernie.

    1. Mr. Neigt, regarding Trump’s impeachment trial several Republicans admitted that the limited evidence presented by the house managers was sufficient to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. The fact that only one Republican honored his oath of impartiality and to the Constitution was telling in that they placed party over country. Your second point about Trump’s salary is ridiculous in that Secret Service will not release the expenditures at Trump properties that are charged for their protection duties. The evidence that can be estimated by experts from their limited information placed the bills well in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Compared to this, a $400,000 is a pittance. This doesn’t count the money being spent in his hotels by lobbyists, and foreign governments.

    2. MO…my democratic party use to be democrats…now they are dispicable. they eat their own! they can have the party of carville, rahm, biden and the rest who turned against bernie and elizabeth. the way they have been treated the past 2 days destroyed my relationship with the DNC and DCCC…if they think biden is the guy to beat trump????….oh well…they can’t say i didn’t warn them!

    3. The greatest irony is that the “corporate democrats” are so busy trying to attract !moderate republicans, that they are alienating their base and abandoning the progressive policies that defined them. Franklin Roosevelt’s policies included a universal healthcare system before WW II interrupted his plans. The moderate Republicans will still vote Republican, and the progressives will just stay home in disgust.

    1. Jeff Woods Hey Jeff. I’m European. So, tell ME just three core differences between Socialism, Democratic Socialism, and Communism – all very different political ideologies. Off you go, unless you’re a blowhard. Go on.

    2. Organized by a super PAC that he created “Our Revolution”, yet Comrade Bernie Castro lies with a straight face that he doesn’t a super PAC.

    3. @Ver Coda (in Marxist theory) a transitional social state between the overthrow of capitalism and the realization of Communism.
Though the term “communism” can refer to specific political parties, at its core, communism is an ideology of economic equality through the elimination of private property. The beliefs of communism, most famously expressed by Karl Marx, center on the idea that inequality and suffering result from capitalism.
Democratic socialism is a political philosophy supporting political democracy within a socially owned economy with a particular emphasis on workers’ self-management and democratic control of economic institutions within a market socialist economy or some form of a decentralised planned socialist economy.[3] Democratic socialists argue that capitalism is inherently incompatible with the values of freedom, equality and solidarity and that these ideals can only be achieved through the realisation of a socialist society.
So bottom line..socialism is a precursor to communism..
The US is a Constitutional Republic

    4. CL…they don’t care! i’m really upset with the democratic party for treating bernie and elizabeth like they did… and are!…i am done!

  6. You’ve gotta LOOOOOOVE how Bernie rolls out his agenda while headline hunting Anderson Cooper tries to pit Sanders against his own Democrats – FEEEEL THE BERN CNN – Don’t allow CNN to divide us up

    1. @Richard Lee Bernie is not and never has been a Socialist. Your supposed facts need to be rethought.

    2. @Eyes Open Funny because I have friends in Canada and they are thankful for their healthcare system compared to ours in the US.

  7. In germany we call it “social democracy” , that means that people care for each other,, we have a universal Healthcare since 1884!

    1. @Nicole Verderame
that was/is so bc usa , britain and france stopped kicking out the nazis of the system in germany bc cold war began and so the brown sh*t stayed in the justice system, army, secret service and politics where they were at the end of wwII .
most of all the judicial system played for time and fought any attempt at restitution, so that even today the heirs must fight.
pls , look at history before you judge.

    2. @Hairoun Your talking to an arse hole whose country had the Ku Klux Clan etc don’t waste your time on the shite

    3. And it worked excellent during the 1930s and 40s didnt it. My point being that once we have health care for all we must take steps to ensure that its framed in a manner that is universal CARE in practice not just in labeling. Like the song something from the beatles its not the what but the how in which something is done that defines its value. # T4

  8. I’m on the edge of my seat, glued to the news, hoping America does the right thing. 🇨🇦

    #BernieOrBust

    1. jesperlett no. THAT’S what got us Trump. “Vote blue no matter who” is total corporate democrat establishment brainwashing bullshit.

    2. Zedek you couldn’t find Venezuela on a map, son. Bernie will see to it you can get educated.

  9. You know what, kudos for Anderson for being a good listener here in the sense he let Bernie talk and say what he had to say. Respect.

  10. Keyser Soze: The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he did not exist.

anti-Bernie brigade: The greatest trick we ever pulled was convincing the middle and lower classes that capitalism is in their own interest.

    1. @Mark bodman that’s capitalism and opportunism for you. Opportunity to make a buck by the people in charge of disbursement.

    2. @Jackie Biggs i think the wealthy should pay little more than others. They produce the jobs. Tax them too much has never been a net gain.

    3. @Mark bodman do you believe banks, due to fraudulent activity and little regulation as in the 2008, deserve taxpayer welfare and when they recieved the money promptly paid themselves huge bonuses. Of course they didn’t, but their failure was and would have been devastating to your economy so they knew they were too impactful for the Gov’t to allow their failure. The wealthy made billions from the the taxpayer purse. I think you are a person with a moral compass but don’t believe when it comes to making money that the moral compass remains steady. My country’s banks didn’t collapse as we have far tighter regulations, not due to any moral superiority. As a banker neighbour of mine during conversations said the supposed free market is a crock.

    4. @Jackie Biggs, the “Free Market” is an illusion, it is the terror and anarchy of the rich. The nobles don’t need a public law or state. They simply will hang the rebelling poor behind the cowshed, as they did for thousands of years, sitting in their golden stage coaches and castles.

  11. “We’re only as safe as the least insured among us.” Medicare for All is the Cure. Period. End of Discussion. Now let’s go out & vote #Bernie2020

    1. Jah…they speak through both sides of their mouths. dems constantly talk about how progressive they are…then they prove otherwise!

    2. Go read a book! That was just plain stupidity. You’d be dying in the waiting room under ‘Ol Crazy Commie Burnie! He’s going to require a government operating fee from every Hospital, Clinic and especially Private Doctors Offices to fund the masses. This collapses the Healthcare System. It happened in Venezuela. It happened everywhere Socialism took hold. It’s a Power Grab. The Socialist Agenda is to take over our education system to indoctrinate the youth. That’s exactly what’s playing out. You see how Socialist in Hollywood have abused collage entry. It always turns into the elites getting it all. It never turns out good for the common man, NEVER! Taking money from rich people to give to poor people, always created more poor people. Throughout history. But academia won’t teach you that because they’re Socialist and it exposes their nonsense. Academia is hiding the truth and spreading lies. Conservatives can’t even debate their points on collage campuses. They shut down the truth any way they can. Keeping something from you should make you want it more, but not if you’re brainwashed. Then you’ll throw all logic out the window.
Judicial Watch, The Epoch News and even Steven Crowder are good places to start digging for the truth, it doesn’t have to be Fox.

    1. He’d make a very fine president. I was a Buttigieg supporter, but very, very disappointed when he supported Joe Biden and not Bernie Sanders.

  12. “Socialism for the Rich, Rugged Individualism for the Rest.” WELL, IT IS TRUE, ISN’T IT??

  13. Anderson after the interview: my evil bosses are going to kill me for not demonizing Sanders enough, its hard when he keeps talk about about helping the people we pretend to help.
