  1. That is actually a good idea. Except in Arizona. It’s 117 outside. So. We’re still distance learning. Lol

    1. Where I live that would work perfectly for now but our winter’s are long and way too cold to be outside all day …. so we’re gonna be distance learning for a long time to come too.

    2. It is.. 1 smart thing finally aired on the propaganda network. Outdoor school makes a lot more since then closing and keeping the kids uneducated. Or even this image of “distance learning” lol.

  2. How about this, let me know when Ivanka & Jared, Kayleigh McEnany, Laura Ingraham, Tucker Carlson, and everyone else at Fox starts sending their kids back to school. I’ll wait….

    1. ⚠️ β€œLookie Loo” is a troll, too.
He/she/it – is also all over these comment sections, doing the same thing – pushing buttons and puking up nonsense. Ignore.

    1. @R C I think that remark “…there is only bad clothes”. is wrong. That doesn’t mean that teaching outdoors “sometimes” might be a good idea. I know this is fast, but if they want outdoor school “they” need to be flexible and flexible in a moments notice. Bad weather being the main one. And return to remote education when the weather turns bad and/or cold. I think there is a lot to work out in a short time.

    2. @Chris Iapetus In nice suburban areas, outside classes may be fine. In urban areas like Baltimore city where the schools don’t have nice, grassy fields where the kids can go sit under a tree with their teacher, that’s not going to work. Dealing with education in the Covid era is going to require solutions that work for ALL our kids, not just the ones in affluent areas.

    3. @R C Why just have one single type of school that will work in all areas in all conditions and apply it to everyone everywhere. What sense does that make? That kind of “one size fits all” thinking is also called “lowest common denominator”. Do the best that can be done in any given area adapting to local needs and conditions, while striving to always improve when possible. If you value the future of your country, you will value the education of your children, and you should then be willing to pay the taxes, yes I said taxes, to realize that future you want. Otherwise, you keep all your money, education suffers, and every decade your country will slip lower in world standing.

    4. @Chris Iapetus TLDR. All I’m trying to say is that *A)* we need widespread testing done before ANY schools reopen, which no one is talking about & *B)* outdoor classes won’t work for everyone. No one is even addressing what’s happening RIGHT NOW to all the kids without out a tablet & wifi at home who’ve had zero formal education since March.

    1. @Some Person absolutely, let’s talk about the .004% of our population that has been killed by Covid-19. What part would you like to talk about?

    2. @Don Williams oh the Examiner? I’ll pass they’re as one sided as the Wash Post. And fyi, some of the things that are listed you don’t need an ID for or aren’t required for life in this country, despite your bigoted and ignorant views…

And you mentioned a free voter IDs, now claim that you just want dems to suggest it? Sorry if you’re too old to learn to write properly but your jumbled language makes it hard to follow your whataboutisms, hearsay, and what if arguments. Maybe try again when you’re calm and can clearly articulate your tears into actual arguments…😘

    3. @E. Johnson II you don’t want to talk about the 160,000 dead Americans because Trump refused to test over 100k returning from China after his “ban”?

    4. @Some Person lol…. Your hilarious. Your just repeating left wing talking points and you don’t really have a opinion of your own. You do realize that in the beginning there really wasn’t a viable testing strategy. Giving that new information, what would you have done?

    1. You mean that the Pre-Life Pro-Women should be CHATTEL aren’t interested in children between being BORN and BEING DRAFT AGE is news?

    2. Pro Abortion response to Children with Covid is that the child should have been murdered before birth.

  3. Lets face reality. There will be no school, no sports, no shopping, no nothing this fall/winter/spring. This country is going to have 3000 people a day dying in just a few months. You people have no clue whats coming down the road. Absolutely none. The dark ages are descending upon America.

    1. More MSM Flu news! Where is the Chicago Violent BLM Antifa MOB riots? This is a distraction, MAIL IN VOTING will be a fiasco! https://nypost.com/2020/08/09/ny-lawmakers-to-grill-election-officials-over-mail-in-ballot-debacle/ Why is the Democrats trying to push this so late in the game? It takes years to set this properly. Trying to jam this down the American people’s throats this late is ridiculous. Why do the democrats want to flood America with the MAIL IN BALLOTS. What is wrong with applying for an Absentee ballot if you are afraid to go vote? Hopefully the courts will get this right! https://hotair.com/archives/jazz-shaw/2020/08/10/nevada-shows-mail-ballots-can-go-spectacularly-wrong/ This won’t work!

    2. @Pam Deshane wait did you just cry about distractions? When Trump has failed the country and 160k American have died, and we have the worst unemployment crisis in almost a century? Dems passed a relief bill in May, while in the 3 months since republicans have done nothing to help Americans recover. Stop being a corporate stooge, the American people need help not a new FBI building like Trump is pushing…

    3. DTBrown
Well more people will die from Suicide, Depression, Overdose, Alcoholism, murder because of a lock down than this BS Virus has killed. So Nostradamus , The Next SB, who’s in it and what’s the final score?
They called for 2-3MILLION already to have been dead from this virus, we’re just a bit off from that number huh?

  4. 100,000 children were diagnosed with the corona in just the last two weeks of July alone.
But yeah….totally safe to re-open the schools with no precautions, ain’t that right, republicans? πŸ€” πŸ™„

    1. A down right, an immensely, an unforgivable, a deathly, a genocidal, a stupid, directive, that was! God please, guide and drive sense, into full gear, and directtly, into hard heads! Tthank YOU! Amen!

    2. @Lookie Loo But “looting and rioting” have what exactly to do with re-opening schools safely? πŸ€” Oh look, your shoes are untied too. Let me help you with that. πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚

    3. @Ro G just pointing out the MSNBC’s double standards no need to get your pantyhose twisted πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  5. My kids went to school in Michigan where kids were sent outdoors twice a day until the weather got to less than 20 degrees below zero (F). It wouldn’t work for all day classes, but it changes your perspective on what is possible.

    1. I do agree with you. Outside school is great. Most kids would love it. However, rain storms even if the weather is ok should be canceled and cold weather…move to remote school or be flexible. Some winters in some places might be milder than ever before. Have to be able to switch gears in a moments notice

    2. Do exactly what is done in climteric CONDITIONS! RUN FOR COVER, TO SAFE SHELTERS! COME ON! DON’T INDIVIDUALS NORMALLY RUN INSIDE, FROM THUNDER AND LIGHTNING, AND IF IT IS HURRICANE, ONE “BUTTONS DOWN”! GOD BLESS!

    3. In Germany it is compulsory to provide your Kindergarten kids with rain boots, rain trousers, rain jackets, hats, gloves… I was outside every day except for thunderstorms. Modern day Americans are just snowflakes, sorry to break it to you!

  6. This is actually a really smart idea. IDK how long they can do it with weather challenges but if transmission is lower outside then why not.

  7. a special “thanx,” to Gretchen Whitmer; thanx for making my Daughters school district take their classes ONLINE!! πŸ–πŸ˜Œ we ALL feel MUCH more RELIEVED now, KNOWING that OUR Daughter CAN complete HighSchool SAFELY… πŸ‘©β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘

  8. That’s great. Way to go.

Many people are saying this is Trump’s new plan for the virus epidemic:
“We’ve tried wishing it away, ignoring it, using hydroxychloroquine with demons, sniffing lysol promoting conspiracy theories and blaming China but now we’re going to open up anyways so let’s embrace it! We currently have over 70,000 cases a day and very quickly, by opening up schools unsafely, we hope to get up to 500,000 a day. Then we will have perfect herd immunity in less than a year! I said I’ll be right about it disappearing eventually. It will be a beautiful thing!!!”

  9. Not sure that this would work in the southern states.

The humidity has been especially high in south Fl recently

  10. Where does everybody go, to what location at school, when it rains? Thinder and lightnings ⚑️? When it snows, Maryland?
To their classrooms? To the cafeteria? To the gym? How about the library?
