  1. Congratulations on finally coming to your senses.

Yes, criminals will still get guns but at least make them work hard.

    1. Ban the knoves, ban the cars, ban dRATS, and everything what is dangerous. And BAN the enemy of We The People, CNN!

    2. @Matt Hartley Jr see, this is why education is important. There is no set definition on what constitutes a mass shooting. But typically it’s when 3 or more people are killed in shootings. This includes gang violence and gang violence makes up the majority of mass shootings. So yes, handguns are still the vast majority of guns used in mass shootings. The media tends to ignore incidents when handguns are used. When a rifle is used, it gets covered for weeks. And rifles are rarely used. This is how you know they have an agenda.

    3. Chicago has strict gun laws but 52 shootings and 2 stabbings just 2 weeks ago. Its easier to get illegal firearms than legal ones. Most of the shootings in america are done by people who have illegal firearms and most people that defend themselves from criminals are legal gun owners.

    1. @Gooner N4 You did not make any point! You just dodged the quistion. Lol. You Libs are all the same.

    2. Ene Obande the difference between the educated and the TV viewers like yourself is simple: you don’t read. The Dayton Ohio shooter, Connor Betts was a Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren supporter. As we now know from his Antifa manifesto and Twitter account.

    3. jbgrooves there is a total of 12 transgendered military service persons. You’re really misinformed.

    1. Marcos Juarez President Trump called out the evil ideologies🐽 of white supremacy and racism this week and “urged the nation to condemn it with one voice in the wake of the mass shooting in El Paso, Texas,” Kathryn Watson reports. “These sinister ideologies must be defeated. Hate has no place in America,” the President said from the White House. The President also called upon Congress to find bipartisan common ground to address gun violence. Maga Kag 2020🇺🇸

    2. The mass murderer, who shot 21 people in El Paso a few hours earlier, was a “white supremacist” years before Trump’s election. This (national)socialist Nazi mass murderer should now also probably get (‘Trumps’) death penalty, as he ‘lived’…. I’m going 👹 to hell and won’t be back,” wrote that other mass murderer: the background of 24-year-old Xtremleeft ‘antifascist’ Connor Betts: supporter of dRATs Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders, of communism, of Satan, and of the Xtreme-left terror group raycess Antifa. On Twitter, he described himself as an ‘anime fan’, ‘metalhead’, ‘leftist’ and “… I’m going 👹 to hell and won’t be back.” He promoted Antifa and other pro-Antifa accounts – he called the Antifa terrorist who recently committed an attack on the Immigration and Customs Service in Tacoma 🤪🤢 a “martyr” – and was anti-everything: anti-Trump, anti-USA and anti-immigration policy of Trump. He used the same crazy fake ‘concentration camp’ terms as the extreme left-green Democratic (inter)(national) socialist Alexandra Occasio-Cortez cum suis
He also wrote on his account that he would ‘like to vote for the Elizabeth Warren Democrat,” he praised Satan, and was angry that Trump won the 2016 election. “I want socialism, and I’m not going to wait for the idiots to finally understand.” He would also have posted a retweet about ‘bringing hostages together’ in a video game, and how nice it is to subsequently put them all in their shoot your head instead of saving them, as you want in the game. ‼️But the fake msm Media manipulated again!

    3. J ROZAY,
“What did the NRA do wrong?”
The fact that you asked such a stupid question means that you’re too stupid to understand the answer.

  2. S E Cupp tell your friend Meagain Mccant to quit NRA too. NRA does not represent gun owners all they do is make themselves richer.

    1. @hardeez1 i thought gun ownership is part of the constitution, has there been any attempt to remove it? Also shouldn’t your government be the one to protect the law. Also, constitutional change is far more difficult than choosing the next president.

    1. @Gregory Buell
What happened in 1812 did we invade England. You have me confused . Or is history not part of your repertoire.

    2. Did you read all of the other Bill of Rights 1-10? Do any of those sound/read antiquated to you? Curious.

  3. I’m a gun owner
    And I still believe
Stupid people should not have guns
It should be like a driver’s license
    Earn it
You don’t have a right to it

    1. @JAMES , The Founding Fathers set up our government so the states have the power over the feds but over time the left has dicked that up like they have in everything else they touch.
Our Bill of Rights or Constitution was set up as a framework that most states accepted as their own basic road map to go by.
The feds had zero to do with drivers licensing until after 9/11 which in a few years gives them the ability to track individuals country wide along with another way for states to get more revenue.
If our Founding Fathers could come to the present day and see how dicked up and stupid our leaders our today, I’m sure they’d be shaking their heads thinking why did we bother.

    2. Add Gun Insurance on top of that. I have a drivers license, a registered gun. I also have home, flood, fire, life, boat and auto insurance. No Gun insurance though…

    3. @SMS2884, You may want to use a code at the end of your comment like, “I’m really not a idiot liberal but just wanted to sound like one” or something to the effect.
When most of these idiots on here couldn’t load a double barrel shotgun if given the owners manual, comments sometimes run together.
And I’ll bet as a safe, mature, with all of his faculties gun owner you also see how dumb these on the left are.
Those whom try to ban something they have no understanding about in the first place is pure insanity.
But then I’m speaking of liberals so what else can be said.

    4. @Charlie Short, You’re onto something but it would be all dicked up since not all would pay.
The few the did have the insurance would pay for all the ones that don’t. Kind of like carrying “uninsured motorist” on ones auto insurance which is just a way of saying, “Yes, I’ll pay for my vehicle that idiot over there hit without insurance and then allow my insurer to jack up my rates next year due to no fault of my own.
We have over 330 million people in this country today which has doubled in my lifetime. The common sense to idiot ratio has dropped with that increase of population so no matter what is done, nothing they can do will end this stupidity.
Nor will the blame of the left on the right when all the high shooting areas in our country known as “Gun Free Zones” were put in place by the dims.

    5. Stephanie Davis, trust me. By the time  you are allowed to buy gun, your past history should determine your eligibility.  Violence, mental disorder, depression, abuse of animals, gang membership, low IQ  should decide against the person gun ownership. That’s why 5 or 10 years old can not buy guns. Not mature enough. Some people never mature. People should be tested and medical and police records should be available. Too harsh? I don’t think so. Otherwise, we all lose gun ownership!

  4. “Banning Assault Style Weapons” – Every semi-automatic firearm can be used as an “Assault Weapon”, whether it’s a Rifle or Hand Gun, it doesn’t matter. Conventional firearms (Lever & Bolt Action), cannot kill 9 people in 24 seconds like a semi-automatic AR-15 rifle can….The Second amendment is woefully outdated for this CENTURY.

    1. I’m not sure if you are aware of this or not but less people are murdered today than when the Constitution was written. Shouldn’t more people be dying by your logic?

    2. @Darran Kern well they certainly do a massive amount of killing in a short time. I would say that is causing assault.

    1. @Devildog0166 you certainly have put forward a persuasive argument. With that nasty type of attitude not sure I’d want you on the loose with dangerous weapons.

  5. Oh no. You gave up your NRA Loyalty Card. Now you’ll never get your Secret Decoder Ring. How brave of you to take this stance. I know it couldn’t have been easy for you.

    1. @haider hisk, But not responsible for mass shooting deaths like Planned Parenthood has been for killing millions of babies.
Did you have a point or just trying to make small talk?

  6. I was a life member of the NRA for almost 50 years. I joined at a time that the NRA was really about hunting and Shooting Sports safety. Over the years it became a money-making conglomerate.
A few years ago I was finally pushed to the brink about how the NRA no longer cares about gun safety for the safety of its members and the citizens of the United States. So I called them and let them know why I was done with them and I said put me on a Do Not Call list I am done with this corrupt organization.
I detest quitting anyting but I’m glad I made the decision to leave the NRA organization behind.
