Knowing that their are so many Russian officials who are openly against Putin’s war in Ukraine and are even trying to have Putin resign is reassuring as these individuals are trying to bring change and peace for Russia and Ukraine.
@STHFGDBY They were petitions by some russian politicians, Including former military officers, against the war in the first weeks but they were quickly silenced. Some are in prison, others under house arrest, we’ll see what happens next.
@STHFGDBY There were people, all from ordinary citizens to politicians and public servants (including military), that did protest up from the very beginning against the invasion. So there are people of good conscience who did know, at that very early stage, that what was been done was wrong.
Yeah but it might just be just the opposite for Russia could be civil war, Putin may have gotten way more than he bargained for in fact they may have a civil war inside of Russia in a matter of weeks it’s been reported that the wagnerites and the chechens are fighting each other in Kherson and places like Georgia and South Ossetia and Chechnya are seeing an opportunity to take back their independence so the complete collapse of Russia is highly possible he didn’t think for one minute that this war could destabilize the whole of Russia.

@Moskva the Sinkable it’s actually true – in the last 3 weeks several oligarchs and politicians have been killed / found dead after publicly speaking up about the war. It was also reported in wall street journal etc..
