    1. npcwill who moved manufacturing from China to Ohio? If what you’re saying is true are there others or is that the only one?

    2. @npcwill Even if true, and I doubt it, all this did was artificially increase the price in imports. Hurting consumers in the end. I know I buy from china all the time as I can save 30-60% over stuff made here and get the same quality. Take that away and prices have to go up for the same work.

    3. @harshbarj Using yourself as an anecdotal example isn’t good evidence. Tariffs can quite easily be avoided by buying either domestically made products or products from countries that don’t have a tariff applied to them. Either way, you’re getting the desired result of de-coupling from China. These aren’t inelastic goods and supply doesn’t come from just one place. While it may be true prices, initially, will be slightly higher the prices will come down as a result of increased orders and revenue as logic would dictate. New jobs are provided directly from reshoring or the reopening of closed firms and as Oren Cass argues these firms then become the lifeblood of communities and towns across the nation then giving rise to jobs downstream as well as upstream.

    1. @WhyU SoJelly libtards are all living on that river, what’s it called? Rio Grande, relying on illegal freeloading scum for votes. Just give them a driver’s license and healthcare and they will vote for you retards.

    2. Trumps 16,000+ lies have MAGAs so twisted they don’t know up from down, sh!t from shinola. Look at them cheer lie after lie at his rallies Trump over truth, Trump over country

    1. @K G lol. more like the trump administration credo. have you enrolled in ‘trump university’ yet? I hear it’s a great stepping stone to a bright future. no, really.

    2. @vman armand He never grabbed anybody . And if you never talked trash with your friends . You must not have any . Even women have did it on girls night out .

    3. @Joseph Filomena I’M a Nazi. F American. It’s Walmart, not home. EUROPE IS HOME FOR WHITE PEOPLE.

  2. So basically his reaction when hes thrown FACTS is to put his fingers in his ears, close his eyes, and say la la la la la la.

    1. @satapatas damn you’re stupid .what’s the difference in printing money and borrowing it from china. The federal.reserve charges interest on every dollar printed and how can we win a tariff war with China if they hold our debt. A recent report came out that the top 100 wealthiest companies paid zero in taxes yet they received millions in tax refunds and subsidies. Correct me if I’m wrong. Didn’t republicans say they hate free stuff . Or does it only apply to people who need help but not the wealthy who doesn’t need it. Wonder who pays for their tax refunds. And by the way recessions call for different things than usual protocols. Why the hell would Trump have to print money after inheriting a 4.5 economy. Hell he bankrupted 4 casinos when no.other casino within proximity had problems.

  3. “Tell a lie, and make it a BIG one. Keep repeating the lie. Eventually the people will believe it” – Josef Goebbels on how propaganda works.

    1. Stefan Ionescu healthcare for all is unAmerican and unconstitutional. Not to mention the trillions required from tax payers. Private healthcare works. And for the people unable to work, they have healthcare as well.

    2. @Richardo Wrong, moron. This was the philosophy of Stalin and Lenin to spread misinformation through the use of KGB propaganda. Goebbels said that quote about the Bolshevik Soviets. Educate yourself.

    1. Cnn cherry picked the highest quarters and ignored the negative gdp quarters in 2011 and 2014. And I didn’t include the negative ones from 2009 before you whine about that.

    2. What he said was true. Hell there are compilation of Obama announcing multiple jobs reports often referring to them as “dismal”.

    3. cj p so what your saying is that you’re confirming that Trump hasn’t gone over 4% & this spin is b/c he’ll implode if he’s portrayed as worse for the business sector / economy than President Obama.

Perfect, got it. Thanks for playing! 👍

    4. @cj p
Didn’t Trump promise that his tax cuts would create 4%, 5% or even 6% GDP growth rate ? How’s that working out ?

  4. “Have you no SHAME SIR” Effing hell man. These people are getting worse and worse and worse..how much lower can one go?

    1. @onehothand68 you fools will believe anything, no one wants to take away your security blankets. Go to bed, it’s past your bedtime.

    2. @onehothand68 show in the US bureau of labor stats, that delineates industries, the difference between Obama and Trump economies you currently assert. I study the agency reports in my professional work and there is no difference in the two economies the way your describing them. But I’m open to see you cite whatever official report you find.

  5. “If you lived through the Obama years…”. Yeah, Dude! We DID! And we actually remember what it was like then and we see what it’s like now. Obama did all the heavy lifting and Trump, typical of him, is trying to take credit for doing exactly NOTHING to positively improve on Obama’s efforts. These freakin’ people think we’re stupid out here in the real world.

    1. So many black men never got credit for their accomplishments because of people like Trump continuing the tradition.

  6. Wow! He believes the crap spewing out of his mouth. Show him real numbers and its all political. Right! It is! Republican spin…

  7. That is just like the Trump Administration, it’s something about the truth” that they do not like, and they will fight tooth and nails to hide it. 🤔

  8. Peter, Peter, Peter. SIGH
    Someone believes him.
You don’t shout over the newscastor when you’re telling the truth.

    1. carmen patricia conde fierro evidence? What is evidence to a Dumbocrat, they just say do as I say because I say so and you are quilty.

    2. @LZ129 Brazil what the hell does Quilty mean? You have no right to call anyone dumb if you can’t even spell “guilty” correctly. You have totally proven a fun fact. Did you know that 2 out of 10 Trump supporters are a as dumb as the other 8? It’s true.

  9. Poppy to Navarro: “We’ll have you back.” (Numerous times)

    Audience: Why?

As usual, Navarro is all-in with his part of the Trump Disinformation Campaign. For a supposed economics genius, the guy has his numbers all wrong and, when confronted with the indisputable facts, he engaged in some truly masterful gas lighting.

    The facts are:
    1) We’re in the 11th year of sustained economic expansion.

    2) To compare the economy during Obama’s administration to today if beyond laughable.

Trump inherited an expanding economy. The Republicans controlled Congress. And, still, the deficit exploded.

    3) Deficits are to be expected during economic downturns. Then debt is paid down post-recovery.

However, $3.2 trillion had been added to the debt in Trump’s first three years. God forbid he be re-elected, the debt Navarro complains about under Obama would be matched by Trump (CBO).

As a point of reference, the deficit in 2015 was $428 billion. Today, in the midst of “the greatest economy ever”, the deficit exceeds $1 trillion, and is expected to continue thought Trump’s time in office.

The National Debt is an existential threat to our nation. Yet no one seems to care. President Trump, least of all.
