Make note that we’ve been down this road countless times before. During the 2016 primaries, he claimed others were rigging the election against him. During the main election, he claimed Clinton was rigging it against him. These were investigated by his own Voting Integrity Commission and found to be completely baseless.
Even after — long after, even — his own commission investigated his claims and found them false, he continued his baseless, evidence-less assertions that the reason he lost the popular vote was because of widespread voter fraud.
He repeated the script again leading into the 2020 election; this time swapping out Clinton for Biden. Claims against the “corrupt Clinton crime family” were the exact same for the “corrupt Biden crime family”. The “Hillary Clinton emails” conspiracy became the “Hunter Biden emails” conspiracy. All the dead people supposedly voting in 2016, but found to not be voting are again supposedly voting in 2020.
It is indeed dull. Except that the dull one is Trump — because he’s doing the exact same thing.
And if he were truly intent on making sure all legal votes counted, then he would have accepted the findings of his own commission and also wouldn’t have attempted to suppress the vote like he did. He just wants to “win” and doesn’t care how he manages to do it.
Most of his lawsuits have already been thrown out the window. This, of course, won’t stop him. It hasn’t stopped him yet, after all. And the judicial system is prepared for it.
Well they would have to be good people first….
