@Dave Schultz Dave, herd immunity doesn’t mean what it appears you think it means. Yes, at this point everyone in the US will be exposed to it, doesn’t mean that you cannot do anything but hope for the best.( wear a mask, keep your distance… and when available get inoculations – sound familiar?). Even then, there will be 2 to 6 million deaths under a “herd immunity” scenario. (You will know or be related to some of them.) Getting it and having only light response only helps on the second and subsequent rounds of the virus. And if you do survive there is a 40% chance you will have lingering conditions. Making you an easier victim the next round. It means the herd will survive – not you.
