  1. Thank you Ben! It shouldn’t take courage to tell the truth, but quite often it does.

  2. “Truth is incontrovertible, ignorance can deride it, panic may resent it, malice may destroy it, but there it is.”
    (Churchill)

    • “Also, I don’t believe I care where you put my bust, but it’s totally fine with me if an incoming president were to swap it out for, say, that Cesar Chavez fellow. He’s a good chap.” (also Churchill [maybe])

@Jimolee’s YT so when Republicans fight to keep child marriage legal that is fine

    • @Joseph Dead how about 90% of dems and left wing media nuts that pushed baseless Russia collusion for 3 years. Everyone of you went along with it like zombies with no proof no facts and no brains. Q got nothing on you crazies

    • @Ryan Harding religious freedom is guaranteed by constitution. We are free to worship whoever we wanna worship. What’s wrong with worshiping Trump? Lord Trump is godsend messiah to save us and lead us to the path of eternal life. It’s inscribed in the Holy Bible. God say “ When you hear the last Trumpet, Am coming”. Trump is a fighter for every American and for our sin and our freedom. Lord Trump sacrificed his health to COVID-19 and Jesus sacrificed his life to the cross, three days later, Trump recovered and Jesus rises, what a resurrection! Trump fought with deep state, liberals and Rinos, he is following the law of God. Without Trump in office, guess we are officially a communist country now. I will never vote again. The fraud states of America. In Trump we trust, in Trump we worship, in Trump we united, in Trump we trust, in Trump we worship, in Trump we united. Trump 2024!

    • @Ngoc Nguyen little extreme but you do make some great points! Amen 🙏

Sounds like an endless downfall for the GOP, or maybe should we call it “GQP” ?

  4. Well, never really liked Sasse but he tells it like it is, something Republicans sorely need.

    • christoph paessler | February 5, 2021 at 10:11 AM | Reply

yes and the Trumpian, QOP parts of the GOP (about half, or already little more from whats left) are sliding into being a fascist anti democratic, anti republican, anti constitutional, racist movement/cult.

    • @christoph paessler so then both sides are exactly the same just opposite sides of the same coin division is there power

    • @Cecil Duncan …No…nor at all…see the gop in Arizona…they want to nullify your vote and choose who they wish to fill an office. That’s the bill they have proposed. Gop statehouses are doubling down on voting suppression after their losses this cycle. Sorry but you can’t compare the parties at all.

    • @Tom Haggard well I wouldn’t support either side it’s a continuous cycle of 4 to 8 years pushing one direction just to turn around and push back the opposite direction never actually allowing any form of real progress for tax payers total useless joke nothing else time for a new party that is for real progress

    • He tell it like it is when he goes your way. Just the way it works

Wait, they wanna censor him but applaud Greene over comments? 🤔 WTF?

    • Clearly you didn’t get the memo. In the gop up Is down, red is green, truth are lies and lies are truth.

    • Supposedly, they applauded her non-apology, apology. Which she immediately threw in the garbage. She has an ad, with Ihan Omar’s pic, saying she needs $ to fight Dem push to expel her. Omar isn’t a party or House leader & it doesn’t cost $ stop Dems from voting against her. Omar is just their favorite scapegoat- a liberal, Black, Muslim woman, who immigrated as a refugee from Africa.

    • @The Teacher yeah Omar literally hits every single trigger for the gop. Easy target for Greene just like aoc is. Sad times for America

It’s a cult and in my opinion that cult will remain if consequences don’t happen.

  6. Our senators and representatives do not take an oath to the president when they take office. Their oath is to our constitution.

@m jones Pelosi, Kuomo, AOC and many others have made clear statements of agendas ran by hatred for trump and the Republican Party. They have not been peaceful or honest.

@Paul pvhl Matt and I had a mature conversation- sorry it upset you

    • @Heidi Campbell Never said it before this chat, but I say it again, get real. Got no more time for hypocrites, sorry.

@Paul pvhl couldn’t agree more! We both agree there’s no room for hypocrites 👍

  7. The reason why people say, “well he didn’t say this over the last four years,” is because doing that makes trust in your words now fall short. What’s to stop him from being silent if someone else like Trump gets in office and then coming out again after to be like, “oh something’s wrong,” after the fact.

The criminal Republican Party cannot be trusted with any kind of power.
Vote every Republican out of office.

      – Ben Sasse strayed from the herd before. Doesn’t seem to belong to this particular subset of the overall Republican personality cult of Reagan and revenge for daring to impeach Nixon.

  8. This is very simple to me – if the GOP can’t even disavow Q, or Trump and his insurrectionists, then I will NOT be voting Republican again for a generation. Legitimacy or lunacy? Choose!

  9. HiSomebody TrackingMuch? | February 5, 2021 at 9:32 AM | Reply

I wish they had actually rolled the whole tape of Sasse, Instead of splicing it down the middle

  10. Way to go Ben Sasse, this is a breath of fresh air in this stale climate of hate and lies.

  11. I am a lifelong democrat who respects honest, conservative republicans.

    • @Pepper Fjeld thank you, she was a beautiful person.

    • @Pepper Fjeld Just google it- there are NUMEROUS sources. Why did dump vote that way if he thought there was so much fraud???

    • @m jones More important
The Constitution framers left it up to each state..

    • Personally I liked Tulsi Gabbard. Didn’t vote for Trump,or biden. How do you feel about the 42 executive orders joe has signed? My personal favorite is forcing girls sports to accept biologically born males that identify as girls to be allowed to compete in girls sports leagues. Yes,boys competing against girls is great. I’m sure the boys will not have any advantage…right? Or how about the civil rights office appointment of the lady that said blacks are superior to other races? Nice civil rights pick. Or the lady that bombed congress in 1983 he appointed. She was pardoned by Clinton after bombing in the name of the communist party. Nice pick right? Or shutting down a pipeline and killing over 11,000 jobs. Even though the pipeline is more environmentally friendly than shipping oil over Warren Buffets railroad. But the pipeline workers didn’t donate millions to democrat candidates and the dem party like Buffet. I would have been much more content to have a rude Mr. Trump as president over biden. They can try to nurse biden through his puppet presidency, but anyone over 40 knows these policies are not really from Joe Biden. The economy will fail. Gas prices will be over $3 a gallon soon. Unemployment will rise. This time everyone will know it is the elected democrats fault. Raising taxes and killing our energy independence. Crushing business with a giant leap in the minimum wage. Yes, the decent democrats have been tricked and lied to. Watch as the socialist side of the democratic party cheers as they drag down the American quality of life. I’m betting Dems drive unemployment up to 12 percent before July. Yes, cheer the elected democrats as you watch democrat run cities and states get far more beaten down than Republican run areas. It’s not white privilege, white supremacists groups helping, or any form of liberal math. The difference is common sense. Democrats in office just tell that everything Trump did was wrong. They want to undo everything. Trump’s economy was the best I remember. Trump had an abundance of ego. But he also had balls of steel and did more than the biased media will truthfully report. Maybe Tulsi will start a new party. 😂

  12. If more Republicans were like him they wouldn’t have these problems

    • @I am the Senate WELL, BIDEN WILL TAKE AWAY YOUR 2ND AMENDMENT AND GIVE IT TO ANTIFA, BIDEN WILL RAISE YOUR TAXES THROUGH THE ROOF, AND THE GOVERNMENT WILL CONTROL WHAT YOU DO AND WHAT YOU SAY WITH TROLLS LIKE YOU HELPING HIM. ANY QUESTIONS?

    • I am the Senate | February 5, 2021 at 12:27 PM | Reply

@mike briganti I voted for Trump but the truth is he’s out and it’s time to move on and work with what we have to work with.

    • I am the Senate | February 5, 2021 at 12:28 PM | Reply

@mike briganti our main focus should be killing the HR 127 Bill

    • @mike briganti Republican politicians swore that voting for Obama would end up with your guns being taken away, higher taxes for all, fema camps, re-education camps, communism, etc. None of which happened. 🤔 It’s almost like Republican politicians think that their voters are fearful fools, who are easily manipulated into voting against their best interests.

    • @mike briganti I have a question. WHERE DO YOU GET THIS NONSENSE???

  13. Sen Sasse, one of the few remaining non-cult members of GOP. Hope to hear more people like him speak out.

  14. Since when have we as Americans NOT been able to criticize the president of the United States of America. I’m 😡

  15. Stephen Rother | February 5, 2021 at 11:07 AM | Reply

Threatening to censure before the trial is jury tampering.

  16. How are these Republicans ever going to purge themselves of trumpism?

    • I think if there are consequences although there will be big issues with that then they can. If they don’t they become a mad circus of conspiracy the theorists

  17. Truth is like rain, and it DOESN’T CARE WHO it falls on.

  18. Bananas Pandocalypse | February 5, 2021 at 12:54 PM | Reply

Ben Sasse & Mr Romney are some of the few Republicans who have the guts to be honest. It’s a shame more don’t follow his lead.

  19. “Conservative voices are being silenced…” by the Republicans.

    • Steven Smith… Are you from Nebraska?
I AM! Sasse IS NOT Conservative! Check with anyone from Nebraska before you make a comment like that!!

    • @Shannon Gill I’m from a lifelong family of republicans, with four ancestors who fought in the revolutionary war. I doubt I need anyone from Nebraska to tell me what it means to be conservative.

  20. Sasse says what EVERYONE knows, the naked repulsive emperor has no clothes and GOP is lying about it . The GOP wants the nudity ignored and to silence Sasse!
