Instead Trump wants to cut off funding if schools don’t start back up in the fall without any federal plan in place to protect students, teachers, and support staff. His cuts would mostly impact the disabled and other federally funded programs.
Him doing this feels like blackmail or extortion to me. Open the schools up or else I will punish the people of America. Pure bullying
