Penny, as the POTUS, he doesn’t have to abide by Congressional subpoena. He is not subject, as the executive branch, to the legislative branch. Follow me, if Congress wants to have the POTUS under oath they can do so in the Senate trial which will allow them that. The Congressional subpoena is a trap but if it’s a trial in the Senate mediated by the SC then no, your Dem Congress cannot use parlor tricks.
