The problem is that they can’t do this in Cali Washington NY and other place that have looting and violence since if they let their guard down they could die. Even if there is 1000 peacful protesters in a croud of 1100 you don’t know where the violent protesters are. It’s impossible in bigger cities.

Seriously, this is a masterclass in true leadership. It’s easy to get defensive and react in a manner that causes division, but notice how his references to the protesters are inclusive and invokes a sense of unity.
The good cops need to stand up if they are serious about cleaning up there image and get rid of the bad cops and higher ups to set an example
