The State Department told Yovanovitch that she was being recalled over concerns for her safety. I thought that was just an excuse, since there wasn’t any legitimate reason. These documents make me wonder if they really *were* concerned for her safety. If that’s the case there might be others at the State Department that knew what Parnas and Hyde were up to.
