    1. Protecting innocent people is the duty of Every 🚨 Police officer but these Police officers have helped the Murderer … for about—-10….min
These Police 0fficers Watched a Monster cause So much pain to George..Floyd before ki|ling him.

    2. @It’sMeJay bruh you’re trying to say a FB post from a police station is proof that they didn’t participate in a psyop….

    3. Mic Little I regret that people can comment so easily on YouTube, as my original comment has attracted a lot of deplorable, wretched comments in this extended thread, including at least one obnoxious troll I know who is an awful human being.

There’s a lot of toxic trolling, blatant nonsense, lies, conspiracy theories and the like in many of the comments that are here, and it’s hard not to think of how and why your country/America is so, so, so broken and weak now, looking at the plethora of rotten comments that people dumped in after mine.

Ultimately, it doesn’t matter about the character or past of the victim at the heart of this story – sure, he wasn’t an angel, but he wasn’t a devil, either, and nobody – NOBODY – deserves to die in the street Iike that, gruesomely losing his life while bored, disinterested cops watched.

A man is dead, needlessly and horribly killed by the authorities who had a duty of care to him as a compliant, incapacitated individual in their care – and they killed him. And That led to absolute arseholes commenting that it’s all fake, it’s all part of a master agenda, blah blah blah.

I don’t know what has gone so horribly, horribly wrong over there in America to make so many of your people disgusting human beings who revel in ignorance and being callous, but…. I don’t even know how to finish that. America is broken, and I don’t think your country can do anything else but fall apart now.

    4. @cj p Nor was officer Harrity much discussed when officer Noor shot Justine Damond to death. And unlike the current officers in question, Harrity was not fired. Also, it took many months before Noor was charged with third degree murder, and nobody rioted over Damond’s death.

    1. @cj p Dude he put his physical KNEE on the guy neck for 8 MINS! That causes brain damage form lack of blood to the brain!

    2. @jonathan beatty good luck provingit in court. Did the cop force mr floyd to smoke crack for years, casing the underlying heart disease? Black folks just humiliated themselves, again.

    3. @Abu Nazir Yes, because American soldiers capture journalists and behead them. No sorry, that was ISIL. And American soldiers send missiles into kindergartens. No wait, that’s Hamas. They are your real war criminals.

    4. @Curunir If he had died from lack of blood flow to the brain, the autopsy would have shown that. The cop has been charged with third degree murder, which is a reach, and manslaughter, which can easily be won. He will go to jail. There is no need for all this rioting and looting. The rioting is all over, including my city of Portland, and down in LA. It will win nothing for anyone. And the calls to arrest the other officers, who were fired, is a call to rushed justice. Minneapolis waited 4 months to charge an officer who shot a barefoot, innocent woman for no reason. After 2 years he received 12 1/2 years in prison. But, you probably don’t care, since the cop was black and the victim white.

    1. @Muddy Water Yea, I know he still tried to kill him. Stepping on the right major artery in the neck stops the blood coming form the heart to the brain. Not only that Flyod said his face was turning cold an he was bleeding out of his nose. That killer cop was trying to be sneaky and killing that man.

    2. I just got rid of my hepatitis b the medicine really helpful am now free from hepatitis b ,ask for herpes 1 /2, or cancer

    3. @Free HongKong Well, guess what? Even if what you say is true, it’s still murder. There was no reason to treat Mr. Floyd as he was treated, no matter what the accusation might have been and no matter if it was true or not. Mr. Floyd was not resisting. These cops had no right to pull him from his car, handcuff him, or put him on the ground, much less put a knee on his neck. If heart issues caused his death, the cops are still responsible for the physical and emotional stress placed on Mr. Floyd by their actions. He was murdered.

    4. The man was cuffed, the 4 cops are all guilty murder, democrat mayor and DA were very slow, to arrest these cops. Very slow to prevent riot and damage to property,. They are so lucky no one is being killed in these riots people or cops!

    5. I once sat on a jury where we all watched the same video of a supposed crime being committed and yet we came to very different conclusions. The man being charged with the crime was a homeless individual, so I’m guessing some prejudged the defendant before the trial even began. Thankfully me and the majority of the jurors stood our ground and the homeless man who we believed was acting in self defense, was cleared of all charges.

  1. This so interesting so the government is trying to pin on his health killed him not the cop.. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

    1. That was another very stupid thing the Government stated that will be held against Trump in mail in ballots since Ivanka has her new polling machine patent which obviously would be rigged polling Machines. Vote blue & by mail!

    2. Freedom & Liberty Bot…Bot describes it…l get that your campaign will convince those iq people between 40-60 that the Republicans need, but really…do u think America is that dumb? I get it but l hope not. You maybe right, l sadly, maybe wrong.

    3. Freedom & Liberty Bot Then why did this this cop hold him down for an additional 8 minutes? An EMT chopper could have gotten to him in that time. Why are you distorting truth?

  2. Why is the other cop’s face blurred out? Isn’t he a participant in this, either by assistance or inaction?

    1. That’s because you’re too stupid to read the autopsy. Stop living as an emotional child and learn to read.

    1. “Third Degree Murder”

Third degree murder can be defined as homicide committed with the intention of causing bodily harm, but not necessarily death. It can be a killing that results from indifference or negligence or recklessness. Statutes defining third degree murder vary considerably from state to state. In California murders are classified into two- first degree and second degree.

Example of a State statute defining Third degree murder

Minn. Stat. § 609.195 MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE

      (a) Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.

      (b) Whoever, without intent to cause death, proximately causes the death of a human being by, directly or indirectly, unlawfully selling, giving away, bartering, delivering, exchanging, distributing, or administering a controlled substance classified in schedule I or II, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both.

Second degree murder is generally defined as intentional murder that lacks premeditation, is intended to only cause bodily harm, and demonstrates an extreme indifference to human life. The exact legal definition of this crime will vary by jurisdiction.
While some states don’t use the term “second-degree murder,” they probably still divide the crime of murder into two different degrees and impose lower sentences for the lesser crime.

      Intentional Killings Without Premeditation

These sorts of killings don’t involve any planning on the part of the killer. At the moment the murder occurs, the killer definitely intends to kill the victim, but up until that moment, the killer had no plan to commit murder.

For example, Adam and Bill are neighbors, and lately they’ve been having disagreements over the fence between their properties. Adam pays Bill a visit to discuss the matter, and while there impulsively grabs a shotgun hanging above the fireplace and shoots and kills Bill.

Adam didn’t have any plan to kill Bill when he went to Bill’s house that day, so there was no premeditation. At the time he pulled the trigger, however, Adam fully intended to kill Bill. Given these circumstances, prosecutors would probably charge him with second-degree murder.

If, on the other hand, Adam kills Bill during a sudden quarrel with provocation, the charge would likely be voluntary manslaughter. The idea is that if Adam is driven by the “heat of passion,” it lessens the moral blame.

Intent to Cause Only Serious Bodily Harm
      *******************************
We all know they are trying to spare him (Derek Chauvin) from possible Deathrow and life in prison.

Non of the other officers jumped in too stop the killing or pull him (Derek Chauvin) off of George Floyd this was clearly seen as arresting Officers tried to Cause bodily Harm by trying to Injure suspects wrists after arresting him slammed him into the car(caught on private surveillance footage)before he proceeded to murder him,and felt no shame whatsoever about there actions. This was Murder in Sec Degree in my opinion.

But i willl let you be the judge of that.🤔

    2. Not even a video of a murder can get a Trump supporter to believe anything except what Trump says.

    3. @Cory Thacker *_”believe anything except what Trump says….”_*
      lol… What did Trump say?
I’m only using common sense. Knee to back of neck makes no sense.

    4. Hanzo Yamazaki I agree 💯% sir he continued to put more pressure on his knee with his hands and also moving his leg and he had the power to stop taking control of his actions. And brought him in to the police station.

    1. Sure he is! But he’s also a cop. So the most you can expect to see is involuntary manslaughter with probation — that’s provided Trump doesn’t pardon him and give him a medal at the next SOTU address. Didn’t you see the pictures of him and Trump jumping around together at last year’s rally? You KNOW it’s gonna happen…

    2. Not guilty of 3rd degree. You don’t accidentally choke someone for 9 minutes while he begs for his life.

    3. Even if you think he’s guilty, he still deserves a trial. Trump is always trying to pervert justice. Are you no better?

  3. *”THE MURDERER HAS LOST HIS JOB AND HIS WOMAN”*
    *⚖️🇨🇱🇺🇲🗽⚖️🇺🇲🇨🇱🗽⚖️🇺🇲🇨🇱⚖️🗽*

    1. Ok. So?

He needs 25yrs in prison. His wife is looking out for herself, she knew of his police history..

    2. Too bad, George Floyd lost his life at the knees of these Officers (4), who failed to serve & protect. They should lose everything, including their pensions. Maybe the wife will get the murderer’s house in Florida?

  4. He complained of not being able to breathe with a knee on his neck. He was hand cuffed. It looks like murder to everyone because it is.

    1. Looking forward to The Epoch Times, investigation on this. They are reliable and are not manipulated by major corporations.

    2. @Eric Williams
I’m astonished at the support for looters and the blame on Trump (when ironically Democrat Amy Klobuchar previously declined to prosecute that cop) and the Democrat Police Chief did nothing about Chauvin either. Didn’t put him on permanent desk duties or fire him, despite Chauvin’s history)…but that cop didn’t have the right to treat anyone, as he saw fit too. People under arrest have rights too.

George allegedly passed a bad note ffs, not killed a kid. Besides it’s not up to anyone but a judge to decide a punishment .

    3. Before that occurs George is sitting against a wall on the other side of the street and appears in physical distress. A police officer writes something down that George tells him and hands the note to another officer. The video is on Tampa 10.

  5. Underlying medical condition ! Remember people keep in tip top shape so when cops kneel on your neck you won’t die .

    1. Underlying medical condition- a great reason why we should not use force with people -because you never know if their medical condition can be set off by your force and the next thing you know.. the person is dead!

    2. @Freedom & Liberty Bot they’re rioting outside CNN headquarters in Atlanta right now! Hope the cops CNN slanders on a regular basis can protect the commies inside.

    1. @Trump GodKing Y’all can’t really that dumb…? I like to give y’all potus deth cult homies some credit… is you ignorant? Is Trump really a God? ….you not kidding,..? I pity you. Turn to the eternal light n truth…never too late…till ya dead….but for a deth cult darkness is a reward…he built you some condos in the underworld or something…? shitz getting r£al n you aint ready to meet your maker <3

    2. @Trump GodKing If y’all still confused homie. This ain’t no game anymore…You deliberately came to CNN wearing those colors…You think you can just take a break from your keyboard and carry on trolling like the world isn’t going up in flames because of your h8 and lies. You pick your team, they may need you…you may have to dip your hands in the blood for your team…You’re not ready, you just want to cheer the GodKing from the sidelines…..Get ready GodKing…we got game for ya <3

    3. @Moonshine Music Still SoundCloud lol. So much ebonics. Did you know we are skilled at taking down deer at 300 yards? Moving? We don’t use the side of the slide and turn the weapon side ways. Head north. We are ready

    1. Actually that’s a great question and nobody of course ever wants to answer it. Fact is law enforcement have a lot of statues that protect them from wrong doing. They’re ambiguous in nature which allows lead way on not getting convictions. Your mayors, governors and state reps know very well about this. They just choose to use politics for people to take sides while continuously getting reelected by the same people who suffer.

    2. Mark my words, there will be no justice until the U.S. Supreme Court amends their qualified immunity doctrine which grants legal immunity for police misconduct. But I highly doubt SCOTUS will amend this doctrine as this is a necessary evil of a police state.

    1. Bruce G’Roy , Cherub! I say to you. BINGO!!!! 💯💯💯 You hit the nail on the head!!! I wish people can see thru the smoke screen and get the truth like you so easily did! 📿🙏🏾 Peace

    2. Christopher Clark ….and for that…hold on now u brought his (white) wife into it, he should die? What colour is the sky in your planet?

    3. @cj p Wrong rightard. Angie has 19 up votes and you have 1, pathetically your own. Get a life loser.

  6. I watched all the videos, and it shows that George Floyd was Murdered!!!—
And the other Policemen should have stopped it, they have no excuse for not doing it!!!–I am a 62 yr
    old, White Woman in Texas
and This was Murder!–I watched the most horrible video, when in Mr Floyd’s
    last moments of life:
(Handcuffed behind his back, and Policeman’s knee pressing into his neck)-He was calling out to his MaMa.–I could only watch it 2 times, and I cried so hard!–This was MURDER!!!–(*What would have happened to the citizens who were trying to get the police to stop, if they had called 911 and rushed them and pushed them off???–Would they have been killed too??—
What can a citizen do, if they are witnessing a murder by policemen, in the light of day and knowing they are being taped/video by the phones?–If they were so Brazen, then they probably would have killed anyone trying to stop them.)—I am White, and I am afraid of the police…

    1. 7 years. Should get 40.

The police allowed the riots. Started them. More division in our country. The democrats have alienated even their own.

      Trump landslide

    2. Amen you have been saying exactly what I have been saying. He enjoyed it. He wanted to kill him.

    3. The internet is not for the weak of heart. People always wanna be a late night comedian throwing zingers on serious matters.
I would just say that it is not about black or white anymore. Fear creates Capital. They just gained billions of dollars because of this. And people just want to bang on an old white lady on YouTube spilling her guts out… 🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🙏🏾🙏🏾✊🏿✊🏿

    1. why do everyone say that cnn is a pedophile ring is it because fredo endorses pedophilia on twitter

    2. @Justuas ..did you learn that in your extensive career as a homicide detective…or while a criminal defense lawyer, child..?

    3. Im not from the US but what i don’t understand is why not let him stand if he was already in handcuffs? Makes no sense to hold him on the ground for so long. This is cold blooded murder there is no other explanation for it, the cops behaviour is weird..

    4. @cj p Oh. really. Perhaps he should have formulated a well constructed and articulate sentence, maybe, “I appreciate you need to your job, Officer, restraining me by kneeling heavily on my neck but I am having some difficulty breathing.”

  7. This is all very simple. would Mr. Floyd have died at that exact moment, from natural causes, if the police officers on his ankles , back and neck had not had him pinned down. the answer is No. There fore they are all guilty of participating in an act that caused his death. If he would have passed w/o their actions…the following night..they are guilty. Actions have consequences.

    1. I think you mean if he would have passed With their actions, the following night, they are guilty.

    2. @cj p , Is passing a counterfeit $20 bill that you may or may not know is fake worthy of a knee on your neck for nine minutes until you die?
If so, please move to Saudi Arabia. Your mentality and theirs is a close match.

  8. If they want to repair the relationship and trust between the cops and the people, this cop MUST be convicted!

    1. Yeah right, these low iq uneducated never Trump morons will ALWAYS look for ANY reason to riot with violence and racism in mind. It’s who they are.
