  1. America woke up a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, several years too late & have just now realized that they have lost their Nation to a movement from an asylum.

    1. I moved from the US nearly a decade ago and I told my family in the old country that nearly half of America was becoming insane. Here it is.

    2. You mean white Americans are starting to wake up. Black Americans, who still are being murdered by cops, have been telling the world about these problems for years!
This is a country that white Americans say is the greatest because they paid reparations to slave owners and still refuse to pay reparations to the people still being attacked because their ancestors were enslaved by this country!!
Unless you’re white, where you can murder a cop on camera and not be charged with murdering a “blue life” that “matters”, this country is by far one of the worst countries on the planet!

    3. Many of us have been trying to warn our fellow Americans for years. We were called alarmists and SJWs and ignored. We tried so hard to stop exactly this situation.

    4. @TheRealRevelation clearly, studied there 10 years ago, had big plans in my head back at the time, could have integrated a great university… but I abandoned and went back in Europe. I’ve seen so much misery, both intellectual and financial, so much fanatism. And you cannot reason those people. I tried and failed and lost so-called “friends” because they refused to accept I’d value different things or question their ideas and way of living. I swore to never return there, even for professional matters. This country is sick. I think people expect everything while they give nothing in return. This generates deep frustrations and, years after years, decades after decades, here we are, the fools dare anything because they can share their ideas and organize to form a group via internet. This was not possible 20 years ago. Social networks are toxic for humanity. Especially for those who have only that. That’s a broad issue.

  2. *Facebook MEME:* We spent $738 Billion on defense in 2020 and the Capitol building was taken in 10 minutes by Ducky Dynasty and a guy in a deerskin bikini. WTF!

    1. @cory proffitt : Oh come on ! get real ! Those idiots that forced their way into the capitol building, reeked havoc, and occupied the House chambers are NOT representative of the entire republican party and you know it. The same as all the people who caused all the destruction in the BLM “protests” are not representative of all democrats.

    2. @Gary Campbell BLM did not ransack the CAPITAL of the USA . iF these people were BLM there would have been 200 of them shot . you racist always trying to compare . BLM was started over cops murdering black people . This Trump movement was to keep a corrupt man in power ..trump lost .

  3. It’s sad a lot of people don’t realize QAnon is making money off of these people who believe in it. They sell merchandise. It’s all for money

    1. @Jason B “not much unlike many of the movements nowadays.” WTF? Yet another person with a tin foil hat.

    2. Someone needs to follow the the money and see who is profiting from it, and another thing is am I the only one who thinks that mayors voice sounds like the voice on that video clip they just played

    3. @Madison Heights Hey everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I guess unless it doesn’t align with your huh? Have fun with your hatred inside.

  4. They must all DEMAND his resignation repeatedly! There is no room for patience with these harmful conspiracies any longer if the democratic republic is to survive. Period; full stop!

    1. @Just Me Show proof that the mayor didn’t encourage and promote the summer of love where businesses were burned and people died.

    2. @Challenger 50 How does your bias fit with Boogaloo Bois shooting into a police station in Minneapolis or the plot and then murder of two police offices by Boogaloo Bois all in an effort to try to have the same blamed on BLM or ANTIFA? Also, mayors and governors came out in opposition to looting and violence.

      Your whataboutism makes no sense.

One, this video is about QAnon. Two, the insurrection on the 6th of January versus the BLM protests – these are not the same.

Protesters this summer were demanding that action be taken to protect people from police brutality ; they were not trying to overthrow the government, they were not trying to deny people their vote. You know as well as the next person that there were opportunistic looters who drove into cities and vandals who took advantage of police who were focused on peaceful protestors – sometimes purposefully turning their backs on looters. (Also, 95% of the BLM protests were entirely peaceful.)

You might also want to learn about how police used tactics to make matters worse this summer, tactics that are contrary to managing a peaceful protest. That is, you’d want to learn about this if you were fair minded and not engaged in whataboutism for whataboutism sake – that is, to be able to dismiss soul searching on your part.

ON THE OTHER HAND, the people at the capitol were there to lay claim to it and the country in the name of Trump, replacing the American flag with a Trump flag. This was an insurrection fomented by the president of the United States. He poured the gasoline and he lit the match. There were pipe bombs at the RNC and DNC. People weren’t asking that America live up to its ideals; people were attempting to disrupt the transfer of power and install Trump, a wannabe dictator, as president. 5 people were killed, 140 officers were wounded, two have committed suicide since. That was one “protest” that was not a protest but an insurrection.

    3. @Challenger 50 Hon, that’s not how it works. He doesn’t have to prove a negative. You have to prove your point.

    4. @peaceandllov No, it’s not. If you think it’s ironic, then you need to explain how. Simply saying something is ironic with nothing more is flat out stupid. It assumes that some sort of conspiracy is going on. Oh… I get it. You believe the election was stolen. Well, that’s your conspiracy too. All of them are yours. There’s no irony here.

  5. America just gets weirder and weirder… seriously guys, get a grip, the rest of the world is watching *sigh*

    1. @ali khan Either that or James Bond. Or maybe some 17 year old kid came up with this (Q is the 17th letter in the Alphabet). I’m sure we could speculate around and around and make up our own conspiracy theories LOL

    2. @Kelly Fehr Sorry Brother…Q has Survived and THRIVED! So go give your head a shake…maybe two. You can Have Bieber! I don’t want him!

    3. What I would love is to find the ORIGINAL POSTER the orignal Q who began this (probably as a joke or prank.) I actually have a theory that the whole thing is fabricated to elevate Trump (and so is a bigger conspiracy” to destabilize the nation.

    1. this is akin to historic times, where people were calling themselves “men of faith” whilst commiting atrocities.

    2. @peaceandllov You also put people like Trump in your WH and people that believe in qanon into your mayors offices, Senate and House…..

    1. @Your Friendly Neighborhood Lawbringer

Over 400,000 covid deaths and a riotous insurrection later…u regurgitate Trump’s White Nationalist and Qanon rhetoric..

      Nice deflection dude

    2. @Your Friendly Neighborhood Lawbringer 1/6/2021 never forget the conservative christian republican russian violent coup!

    3. @Your Friendly Neighborhood Lawbringer The democrats don’t consist of socialist wannabes. The US has the largest wealth gap it has ever had. There are real problems to be solved. You trying to Both Sides this is not helpful. And show your work re encouraging violence on Trump’s base because Trump never shut up about violence and right wing violence and hate crimes are up as a result of his rhetoric.

    4. @Your Friendly Neighborhood Lawbringer uh oh you’re canceled bud. I’m taking away your rights now as a member of the socialist left. Wait no, that’s not how any of this works.

  6. Mayor says, “I have no way to validate that” – he should apply that to his belief in Q-Anon conspiracy theories. And remember that his townspeople do have ways to validate his removal from office. Maybe this will be a wake up call to those who didn’t bother to vote in the mayoral elections. He’s toast next time.

    1. Sequim doesn’t elect their mayor. He’s appointed by city council. That’s why they’re trying to get national attention on it.

  7. This is one of the few country, and the only “first world”, to have a populace that’s proud to be uneducated or anti-intellectual.

    1. @Hidden Dragon I voted against Reagan twice. I witnessed the dumbing down, cuts in education and mental health.
      And here we are.

    2. @Hidden Dragon Indeed. Trump is being called the worst President ever (and he truly is an awful human being and was a grotesquely corrupt and incompetent President), but without Reagan, his Presidency wouldn’t have been possible. The damage caused to the social fabric of America by Reagan’s policies – especially regarding taxation – is incalculable. And yet he is revered as a conservative saint.

    3. We were first world, because we had strong principles and strong minds. Nobody has anything better to do than judge other people’s beliefs. That is by definition as anti-American as it gets. And to be first world does not mean you have to be intellectual you moron, it means to be have basic decency and morality, and not be an animal attacking someone else because they don’t think the same way you do.

  8. Maybe someone should start the rumor that “Q-anon” really is shorthand for “Queers-anonymous”? Might upset them.

    1. @peaceandllov I guess you are too dim to get the point. Many of the radical right are homophobic. Therefore, the would be repelled. Progressives don’t join fantasy fascist sites.

    1. @Matthew Martinez You can’t be serious. QAnon is a damn joke. All you’ve got are the Capitol riots. BLM and Antifa were burning down cities and murdering innocent people for months.

    2. @Mark Pemberton And it’s more than the US. They have people in other parts of the world believing this. The insanity has spread.

    3. @Madison Heights QAnon acted on an overblown narrative of electoral fraud. BLM and Antifa acted on an overblown narrative of police brutality and systemic racism. They’re both acting on distorted views almost completely divorced from reality. BLM and Antifa are FAR bigger and numerous, however.

    4. @Danny Archer “all you’ve got are the capital riots.” Oh, sure. No biggie. Just an assault on democracy, a form of government that is what made the United States special and a beacon of light in the world. Not to mention the group being whipped into a frenzy by an aspiring, yet incompetent, dictator and his goons for months. Sure, no big deal. You know damn well if it were Obama who whipped a cult into a frenzy and had them assault the Capitol after he lost an election, that whatever brains you have left in that skull of yours would be on fire. We all know why you’d have a problem in that situation…

  9. HE is a very scary person. He, when he’s where he thinks he can be honest, he will come out with the false flag claims like Marjorie Taylor Greene and all the vile people on “Faux” and Newsmax and OANN and other far right right or fascists sites.

  10. “Qanon encourages you to think for yourself” except that all of you believe the same thing and want to submit to Donald trump

    1. @Challenger 50 You are a massive troll with two notes and you’re flat, out of key and have also lost the plot.

    2. @Madison Heights I remember Secoriea Turner. Innocent girl killed my BLM for no reason. I guess you have an excuse ready for that.
